Current plan:
Vacation cruise on Thurs where I WILL food binge for its duration (but already will be back on the wagon Sunday :/ ). From there it's high time I got a small break for my body. I'll take a full week off next week. The following week I'll only work legs. The following week I'll do legs and deads. The following week I'll do legs, deads and OH press. The week after that, hopefully my chest has healed and I can start regaining anything that may have atrophied and start getting after bench PRs and hopefully hit 315x2+ before Grenada vacation in August.
Probably WAY too lofty of a goal.
