flat bench

dumbell flys
fly machine
close grip bench
skull crushers
tricep kickbacks
tricep pulldowns
Tuesday
pullups(variations)
barbell row
t-bar row
seated low row
lat pulldown
chinups
ez bar curl
reverse ez bar curl
hammer curl
incline curls
Wednesday
military press
upright row
front lateral raise
side lateral raise
rear delt raise
shrugs
squats
deadlift
Monday through Wednesday I do 3x5 and Thursday-Saturday I do all the same lifts but 3x8
Am I hitting everything with these lifts? Any feedback is welcomed.

Going to travel to Asia soon. Any recommendations on which city to go? (China, Korea, Japan). Just any place with cool sh!t, rich culture, and cheap sh!t (particularly food lol) compared to America.
Pretty excited but I hope as a fellow Asian brah who only speaks english the language barrier doesn't ruin any experiences

Why are squats and deadlifts at the end of the Wednesday workout?
Why are you doing so many exercises that overlap in terms of muscle groups?
Why are you doing 3x5 and then 3x8 later in the week?
Why do you always use the same mirror to take these shots?

I just ended my day and I ate a total of 4,478 calories today. How the hell do people do like 4000 calories eating clean? After my cheat meal it was hard to even get in my last 3 meals which was only a sweet potato for meal 4, tofu and 1 cup veggies for meal 5, and protein shake for meal 6

there is nothing wrong with ending a session with compound movements.
try 225 squats 4 x 20 at the end of your leg routine.
sure its cool and feels good pounding heavy squats or deads in the beginning of your workout.

This especially if we are doing bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is more on acquiring aesthetics and recomping the muscles.
Ken you are more doing powerlifting with slight emphasis on bodybuilding. We are the opposite, we do bodybuilding with some powerlifting.
End of the day, it's your goal and what you want to achieve.
I used to think like you Ken for a long time, but now I respect everyone's goal even it's not the same as mine.

Leg day on wednesday. Which exercises overlap? Im not sure. 3x5 for strength 3x8 for some mass. What should I do to adjust this? Am I doing too much? Im strictly looking to build mass. Any advice is welcomed
