don't be afraid of getting rejected. I always liked getting rejected because it shrinks my ego. When you have nothing to lose you roam more freely I don't really have much of a trick or a game, just hit on as many girls as possible and be interested in them all and what they have to say and say stuff that blows their minds. Owen from RSD had so much "game" that I know nothing about. He actually coached me live in a club once and he said I was so unaware of my surrounding that it worked in my favor (kinda like how I am always in my head so I can go out on the street and deadlift naked and not give a ****) I also keep a child like innocence and approach women like a boy asking for candy (his own word) lololol

I started out with 250 carbs, 225 protein and 50 fat and went up to 400 carbs, protein is always the same, and 55 fat over the course of 16 weeks.get authentic, or die copying.

i notice that when i try meditating, a minute in, i actually start getting scared because my mind automatically creates the most intrusive/****ed up thoughts (pretty much ****ed up **** i know for a fact that i would never act upon). and right away i just stop meditating. I also smoke alot of weed, which i admit makes me a bit paranoid if i abuse it too much. Am i just to afraid of my own mind or what?
also, when i meditate, i notice i breathe with my chest, because it feels like my stomach is always tensed/knotted up, is this the wrong way to breathe during meditation?

nothing is inherently "wrong" in meditation. The real purpose of meditation is to strip away all concepts such as "pain", "pleasure", "frightened", even "thoughts" and "body" and just experience everything arising through your awareness as pure, raw sensations.
When you have these intrusive thoughts, they are only "scary" because you are placing labels on them. Watch all your thoughts from a distance and let them come and go, and slowly they will dissolve and you will see them clearly for what they are : thoughts that have no reality whatsoever. And usually emotions are physical sensations that are laid over with stories and thoughts to create more emotions and thoughts at a exponential manner. Again just watch and try to witness your thoughts and feelings from a distance and deconstruct them in a way that they do not become entangled to create more illusions. As for your breathing, the reason why your stomach is tense is because your mind is not at ease. Hope this helps.get authentic, or die copying.

how does one settle meditation and losing your ego with modern society and individualism? I mean, atleast in my opinion all the great things in the world are man made. And all the exciting things in the horizon are also being pursued by man at the moment. Isn't ego the main driver behind the pursuit of creating value? If everyone in the modern society would suddenly drop their ego, and be content with what they have, they would not have the drive to create and invent and build and fashion - and you would not have any of the greatness you have around you today.
It honestly seems to me like you'd just lose your hunger for living and just become satisfied floating around until you die"Better to run than curse the road"
