Best Overall Protein Bars?

Totally vote for Carb Killa!! They taste amazing and have the best macros I've found -- 23g protein, 13.5g carb, 8g fat. I always want another one lol. I still love Quest bars, especially PB&J flavor, but the carbs are higher than Carb Killa.

Agreed! Carb Killa bars are awesome, albeit expensive.

I'm a big fan of quest bars. They have so much variety in flavor, and they are the perfect size. Doesn't fill you up too much. Wouldn't recommend these if you are cutting as it has fat and not that much volume.

In terms of nutrition it is obvious to a person with supplement knowledge most protein bar manufacturers have no clue what they are doing. Many like MuscleTech Mission1 and oyeah bar use resistant starches like i****ltooligosaccharide and count these as carbs and then add fiber and count this as fiber . In fact both are 100% fiber and so the fiber content of each bar becomes incredibly dangerous (these bars actually contain 40grams of fiber each! deadly). I would be shocked if people who consume these don't have considerable damage to their bowels. Brands like quest, HealthSmart Foods, optimum nutrition and yup seem to know their ingredients. Yup is a winner in my books for taste. Look for whey proteins ONLY, no soy crap, resistant starches MUST be counted as fiber and NO added tapioca starch or fiber, and healthy fats such as palm oil and NO soy lecithin (sunflower lecithin is the best brain supplement on earth) and expensive. 1. Yup, 2. healthsmart foods chocorite 3. Optimum Nutrition, Opti-Bar 4. Quest all else are rubbish at best.

Chocolate peanut powders taste terrible and they only have 2 grams of sugar. I have yet to get a better suitable time for me. Which is included in the protein bar.

I like the Nutramino bars. Crispy Chocolate Brownie has to be my favourite.
25g of carbs, 11g of fat, 20g of protein, not the greatest macros due to high carbs and fat, but these are awesome tasting, filling and good for bulking !
