Still sick but feeling slightly better. Tried to lift because my mood has been off and all you regulars know lifting is my drug. But yeah, it was a no go. Just gotta keep resting, no point in lifting I'll just stall hard because of my condition and the minimal calories I'm barely able to get down. I wanna try and get in 2k before I go to bed tonight. At least I look really ****ing lean lol. I'm 220 now. Lost 5+ pounds in about 4 days.
Bench
225x3
255x2
275x2
315x3 (puked)(everything)
315x3 (feel like a weak ass)
No point in lifting right now. I would have kept going if there was a point.

Strong benching my man! You'll get your lost strength back as soon as you get a week of solid calories back in you.
Good job to hit up a session while sick- those are always tough to get motivated for and it's tough mentally when you can't do what you normally can (even those there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for it)PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Thanks Woody. Hope you're doing well bro.
lmao realized I sent the PM to a different person because I was going to quick...
Still getting over sickness but feeling better. Still lost 5 solid pounds, but it helped on ab wheel at least lulz. Oh yeah I rolled the PHUCK out of my left ankle doing one legged jumpropes for my warmup. My cousin was dying of laughter when he saw it. I laid on my ass for a good 3 min doing the peter griffin "psssssss ahhhhh" sound effect. LUCKILY I was still able to squat even tho I'm limping...

TBH I'm feeling pretty good now man. Things could be worse. Just had a decent session. My ab wheel rollouts are nearing bruce lee status + my cousin and I have the house to ourselves for the next 4 days. I'm very happy right now, and physically I know I'll be ok.
Nice. I'm currently on a eat all you can phase and be as dirty as possible so I get my gains back. Too bad you don't have In N Out there. I'll send you some later.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Glad to see you're feeling better man. Those front squats are sick. Would love to see a video of those beltless shirtless front squats (maybehomo)

I know right? we got such an awesome passionate group of lifters in a few select journals. I gotta figure out a way to get out to NE for a work trip to make it happen. How far you from Westport? I got a good buddy that lives there who is super into lifting and been meaning to make it out for a visit to see him and his wife sometime this year.
or better yet, i'll prob be back in SF sometime in the fall - should take the mrs. on a nice trip to SF (I can help w/ lodging deals at pimp place) and we can get in some sessions w/ Colin!

lol Amen ^^^ and thanks guys
Agreed completely. Its depressing that no one around me lifts like we do. Once teleportation is invented we'll all be lifting together and trolling gyms across the country. And yeah that was a sick session Tim. You got me to do a helluva lot more volume that day lmao.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

haha ^ it's the only way I have a chance at keeping up with you!
always some chit chat stuff when meeting up w/ others from here, getting to know them and their lifting style. next time we'll be on track to just kill it, with shorter rest times. I gotta get my CGBP, Bench, Delts and Rows up to par so I can help motivate! haha
and a little chit talk always encouraged, gotta get fired up

Hell yeah. I'm sure if our group on here lifted together more often we would all be bigger/stronger etc. srs. I'm trying to get into more athletic type training too. Been doing a little sprinting and jumproping. I wanna get my jump height up too. Gonna do a little NFL combine type training soon also.
