Thanks man, weighed about 146 in starting pic, not sure what my weight was in the last pic..but I weighed myself for the first time about a week or so carbed up and came out at 126.

I just had chocolate pudding mix with oats, casein, almond milk, and choco chips. So good

We don't really have any of the super low calorie products at all. You guys seem to have a lot more variety for those types of things.

Hey guys, it's been a LONG weekend but I ended up taking 1st in not only Novice Middles, but Open Middles at the MO State championships! Rather than post pics from prejudging, I'll just post it from the overall lineup at the night show.

I ended up barely eating anything Friday to make weight (175.8, with 176.25 being the cap). I then had 1gal of water until 10pm, and 500g of carbs from 530pm-12am (no sodium at all Friday). On Saturday I woke up and had 3 hardboiled eggs and 2c jasmine rice with a ton of sea salt, and 90mins later had 3oz chicken breast, 3 pieces bacon, 1c pancake mix (cooked into pancakes of course), and 2tbsp honey. Total carbs before athlete's meeting = 700g.

Over the course of the day I ended up consuming an entire pack of caramel rice cakes and 3/4 a jar of natty almond butter, probably 4-5tbsp of honey. I also had after prejudging for lunch a quadstacked burger from steak and shake with fries and tons of ketchup, and also 8oz of diet coke (my only fluid intake all day). I would estimate my total carbs before the show was over to have been around 1400g. Anyhow, here's the pics!

Now I'm hanging around 168 eating around 2700-3500 cal.

Yeah I've been eating a lot of fat free Greek frozen yogurt, beef, cheese...etc
I had seven strips of bacon with eggs this morning.
I forgot how good bacon tastes..LOL!

When I hit 170 in the morning I'll go down to 2100 and cut until around 163.
Then I'll raise the calories until I hit 175 and then repeat.
I think this will help keep the fluff off better than what I did last year.

Oh and I will continue to do cardio.

I won't compete again until fall of 2015 or 2016.

I've never tried it this way.
Last time I just gradually got fluffier and fluffier until I was just few tenths shy of 190 pound.
I don't want to diet all that fluff off again..it is too difficult to lose and my skin gets all these little wrinkles from where the body fat used to be.....LOL!

idk I always found refeeding on the day off you hve most of the carbs post workout anyway so it doesnt really help the workout.

But your weight doesnt go up either cos it's like all used.

But the next workout you do after the refeed is amazing.
