Its weird. The food I miss most on a cut is sandwiches!! lol. I think its mainly because i work in an office and its what 90% of people eat at lunch. Food envy is a strong personal sin.
Subway are evil! pumping that fresh bread smell on the street all the time.

'mirin sandwiches. Haven't had one (or bread at all for that matter) for awhile...may be time to stock up and start hitting those carbrohydrates with sandwiches.
That 10x10 superset would be insane. 10x10 of anything is already pretty crazy, then supersetting it with other compounds for 10x10..much respect sirTransformation Journal:

Sammichs on a cut are great.
That 10x10 will be very light. I doubt I could lift anything heavy today even if I wanted to... DOMs and joints are pushing the limit. It will be more circuit training than actual GVT type work. Going to have to spend some time aggressive foam rolling before I go in.
BW: 225... could be water from the extra sodium yesterday... I look bigger though so maybe I am gaining muskless. 4L of diet soda a day is not helping here. I am sure if I took 2-3 days of low sodium I would swoosh again.

BW: 225 (will eat less sodium next couple days and see if I swoosh).
Workout (I feel much better post workout having not done a heavy day)
Light superset no breaks other than to drink water or wipe face
Squat 135-> dumbbell bench #65s-> one armed dumbbell row #65 8x10
I was going to try for 10x10 but I was out of breath and gasping like a fish out of water
Farmer's walks about 1.5 hours with 45 plates
Calves, did 5 sets between farmer's walks when grip tired
Standing ab work.
I am unstoppable... they are but gnats before me... I will crush entire suns in the palm of my hand!

Your "light" db press is my max lol. Chronic ac joint sprain can't start the 1st rep without help, after that I'm good.

Yeah but with breaks so 50-60 mins of it was actually walking with the plates. I just do a brisk walk around the walk area of the gym holding some rubber handled 45 plates. I pretty regularly have been going up to an hour in intervals doing this on my cut.
Well even for me it gets really heavy by set 5 in a continual circuit. LoL
The squating really started to hurt my hips (cramping) because I was going atg on most of the reps (I am actually flexible enough from 3rd world squats all the time that 135 can push me to atg now) plus all the squating I did earlier this week, which is why I stopped it 2 sets short.

If I get on the smith atg is very attainable, free bb not even close lol. I really need to work on stretching more before I start I have terrible flexibility.

I wish I knew. I guess because the smith is more controlled, easier to lean without realizing and have the machine support the weight some. I'm working on not using the smith at all. My gym is packed usually when I go so if there's no power racks available I'll use the smith. For some reason I feel it in my knees and quads a lot more with the bb thus why I need to work on stretching more.

I listened to that on loop for the entire 1.5 hours... madness may have overtaken me. But... sanity is for the weak! The path of ruin... that is the way to hell!
The first day I did an hour of them my fingers were bleeding and I had to patch them up with superglue where the blisters ripped open... but you adapt and overcome.

Holy hell on the farmers walks....that's a longass time! I really want to start doing them for grip strength and what not, probably do it in between sets in the basketball court.

I've been building them up for a couple months now. My limiting factor is when my fingers hurt to bad to hold the plates or I just get bored.
Macros for the day: 2500 cals, 275 brotein, fat probably 50g or less (more sammichs but with leaner breast fillets and dijon mustard instead of bbq sauce).

I miss farmer's walks. We used to compete in my old gym, they had an indoor track. Doing a 50 yard "dash" with 100lb dumbbells fcking sucks.

Don't sweat it with the diet soda, whatever keeps you happy on your cut. I'd imagine at your current macros given your size you need to be treated like a severely pregnant woman, or indeed a sleeping dragon. Btw, i've done standing ab crunches a few times now and I love them, cheers for the tip.

Well let me put it this way... I am moody as **** and my tolerance for bs is at an all time low... outside of that I am doing good though. My wife just soothed the dragon right after my last post if you know what I mean. However it is funny when you have to say to your partner "Wait a minute and let me finish foam rolling my hips so they don't cramp up". lulz
The standing ab work will help a great deal with core stability squating for you.

True you will get there soon though... I started my cut 3 weeks before the contest started though without a refeed before (10 lbs lighter by the start). Sex can definately unrustle one's jimmies.
I might need to lower my cals further... if Lvissa can drop down to 1500 and still rep bout tree fiddy on the bench... I am might need to step up my game shortly. I am looking forward to two days off though when my sister comes to visit (not seen her since I left Texas) this next week... my body needs the break at this point. I'm pretty well pushing things to the bleeding edge right now.

Purely caloric burn. It is the closest thing I do to LISS. At least it works on my grip and traps so better than getting on a machine. I do barbell complexs and such as well though. I'm noticing that I am really not up for heavy FMs after all my other work, particularly BB complexs, so just go for volume and to raise my TDEE.
