    Friday - Sunday

Pretty low key weekend. Got a good workout in on Saturday. Nothing worth noting as far as food.

Nah. Every time I type his name he seems to appear. Kind of like Beetlejuice or Candyman.

I've been addicted to Cadbury Eggs since I was a kid. Still got one at home. Dude, you need to check it out. Quality Fast Food with great Macro's.

    Deadlift
    Bench
    Arnold Shoulder Press

    Nutrition:
Lunch - El Pollo Loco - Chicken Breast, Thigh, Leg, and an Asian Pear

The gym went well. Seemed pretty packed, but I was able to get my routine in. I wanted to add weight to my deadlift and bench, but I had to check my ego as I don't want to flare up my Sciatica. I'll probably start to slowly add weight in another couple of weeks.

Los Pollos Hermanos? Shrimp scampi sounds good. I'll have to make it someday, my old man makes some shrimp with pasta, sour cream and pepper which isn't the best thing for you but it's tasty. I hear you on those deadlifts, I'm being extra careful myself and a bit lighter on the weight, just going low and slow with weights/reps these days.

It was good and really easy. Got the recipe from Laura Vitale's youtube channel. That girl can cook and she's cute.
Yeah. To be completely honest I am not going to lift anything past 225 lbs. If I can get my bench/squat/DL there for reps of 10 then I'll be good. I'm not trying to be a powerlifter. Just want to be well rounded and look good naked.

Again, the food sounds pretty good, I'm hungry at the moment so that's probably why.

Was your favorite part of Django seeing Jamie Foxx butt naked?

Definitely the dialogue. Christoph Waltz steals the show, much like he did in Inglorious Basterds. Leonard DiCaprio is really good too. I give the movie 6.5/10. Kind of drags on some parts, but that is Quentin's style I guess.

I know they are kind of trendy, but I think they were all really good. However, I think 6.5 is good. The closest to a 10 would be Forrest Gump.

    Hi Rob,
Im on keto diet myself and switching to a "regular" diet in june, trying to get some inspiration^^
Anyways what i noticed and like to know out for my own education; your protein intake really bounces up and down and everywhere in between ranging from 75 to 200+, is there a reason why?

Very good dude. I used to be really obsessed with making sure I get 200g of protein since that's what was being preached a couple years back. Through my own research I have found that protein intake, while important, does not have to be that high to build or maintain muscle. If I get 100g of protein I am content, while I would much rather hit 130g minimum. There are days here and there where I am a on the lower end, but I figure since I am pretty good 80-90% of the time that it's not a big deal. Personally, fat intake has become a little more of a priority for me as it plays an important role in hormone production. Basically it affects quality of life. Good luck.
