"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Wednesday 4/3/13
Workout:
Deadlift
Bench
Arnold Shoulder Press
Nutrition:
Lunch - El Pollo Loco - Chicken Breast, Thigh, Leg, and an Asian Pear
Dinner - Salad (guac/seeds), homemade shrimp scampi over jasmine rice, Skor, Almonds
Totals:
1875 Cals and 150g protein
Notes:
Shrimp Scampi was so good. I always forget to take pics
The gym went well. Seemed pretty packed, but I was able to get my routine in. I wanted to add weight to my deadlift and bench, but I had to check my ego as I don't want to flare up my Sciatica. I'll probably start to slowly add weight in another couple of weeks.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Los Pollos Hermanos? Shrimp scampi sounds good. I'll have to make it someday, my old man makes some shrimp with pasta, sour cream and pepper which isn't the best thing for you but it's tasty. I hear you on those deadlifts, I'm being extra careful myself and a bit lighter on the weight, just going low and slow with weights/reps these days.

It was good and really easy. Got the recipe from Laura Vitale's youtube channel. That girl can cook and she's cute.
Yeah. To be completely honest I am not going to lift anything past 225 lbs. If I can get my bench/squat/DL there for reps of 10 then I'll be good. I'm not trying to be a powerlifter. Just want to be well rounded and look good naked.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Very good dude. I used to be really obsessed with making sure I get 200g of protein since that's what was being preached a couple years back. Through my own research I have found that protein intake, while important, does not have to be that high to build or maintain muscle. If I get 100g of protein I am content, while I would much rather hit 130g minimum. There are days here and there where I am a on the lower end, but I figure since I am pretty good 80-90% of the time that it's not a big deal. Personally, fat intake has become a little more of a priority for me as it plays an important role in hormone production. Basically it affects quality of life. Good luck.
