Really, really depends on who shows up. I'd like to open things up and start teaching people who have a couple years under their belts the cool **** about BJJ, especially x-guard and its sweeps. But, alas, there's usually an overwhelming amount of new, awkward people in class, so it's usually useless or something they won't respond well to.Originally Posted by MUFC

It's still considered a sweep, yes.
I dislike Robson's cross guard. I only experimented with it a couple days, but it's just not my thing. There's a couple slick moves from there, but I find myself always having to force the position, which I don't like to do.MMMC

You'll need some better knee flexibility for it, but, not a ton. I'm relatively unflexible, and still use it with great success. It's purely sweep-based, so you'll also need a good top game.
