Went out last night ended up having burger/fries and finished off with a Dairy Queen blizzard this was after my full day of eating...guesstimate 5k calorie day easily, Will be putting that to work tonight either back or delts..will see how i feel around 7pm est.http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/photos/view-user-photos/158620

burger, fries, DQ ? Sounds great. That should make anyone feel better. I'm going to have to earn one of those combos.

So I had to bite the bullet and get a vasectomy last night. Anyone in the group ever have it done before? The build-up was making me so nervous and anxious but luckily it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it might be. And this morning, I actually feel pretty good. The problem is the break they want you to take from the gym. That's the hardest part for me mentally. But no sense in making that area feel worse.

yeah. nothing that strains the pelvic floor. I don't see why you couldn't do upper body or isolation for a few days; but, when I had mine done long long ago I wasn't doing any lifting at all - just a lard@$$.
I think it's more embarrassment than pain. Thanks for taking one for the team

My wife and I had our 3rd five months ago. And he was unplanned. We probably should have had the procedure done before we even got to that point, but now that our littlest guy is here, no regrets about having him. I never thought we'd have more than 2 kids. 3 has been a game changer now that we are outnumbered. And man are they ever expensive and we are just starting to scratch the surface. College expenses....oh boy.

Yeah the upper body focus is what I'll get back into things with. They say to even be careful with that though just due to the straining possibility and then getting blood in your scrotum. Haha, I read that and I'll be sure to play it cautious.....that just sounds terrible. Ugh, could you imagine if you had to have that drained??? No thank you!

Haven't done it yet. Been putting it off. Have one son and two step daughters. No intentions of any more lol I also have no desire to take time off from being active. I'll get around to it...
I watch the office whenever I don't know what else to watch. I still laugh.AE APE results thread: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144074851&p=867099761&viewfull=1#post867099761
