Catching up, good stuff in here!
I'm glad I can see, I feel like my face isn't meant for glasses. I can't even find a pair of sunglasses that doesn't make my face look weird. I've worn color contacts before, but my eyes get irritated by the end of the day (maybe it's because they're just color lenses though) so that'd annoy me too.
Plus when it's optional you're choosing for it to be a pain in the ass. I'm super careful putting them in, and taking them out after seeing multiple episodes of a show about parasites, and infections where people had their contacts exposed to tap water. Long story short, the treatment is a few months of searingly painful eye drops every few hours day and night. So yeah, when I have contacts I'm paranoid af, so I'm glad I don't require them.

I remember something years ago about bad contacts with parasites and people across the country were going blind from it. They recalled a chitload of contacts but many people were affected already.
I didn't think it was possible either!
Way to go woman! Consistent as always

I'm out of USP Labs Super Cissus, joint support. :/ I ordered some online but it's backordered. I may have to switch my cissus supplement to something else. I'd prefer the pills over powder, powder seems like a major PITA. For now I'm getting by on glucosamine and fish oil.

Daaaamn, nice dead/squat day. I had to stop doing heavy squats and deads in one day, because it kicked my ass so hard. Then again, I had less sets, and a couple accessories (that I ended up skipping because of the other two).
You had a big drop in temps too? Ours when from 80's to 60's overnight, I'd rather start off cold working out than hot so I'm ok with it.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Yeah it's hard to do both in one day. When I split them up they're really short workouts. Together it glazes my ham, hard.

Moot is a funny word. But yes if you have your angle where it's closer to an OHP than a flat bp it may bother your shoulders.

Went pretty heavy on bp singles, they felt a little slow but I got them there. Incline was smooth, not a ton of strength left for that though.
Football was epic today - Steelers killed the Ravens, and the cleveland browns lost horribly LOLOL!! The browns should quit the NFL and turn that stadium into an IKEA, srs.
