Monster Head and shoulder Pattern on Blackstone group.
Hate to speculate but wonder if we finally get a monster sell-off early 2018. Reset some things, take profits on new tax bill then set up for another rally mid-end of year
speculation but a thought

Kinda what I am wondering. No matter what I think 2018 is a rally year just depends on if we get a sell off early or not(similar to 2017).
Also to note: I'm pulling back my 401k to the minimum necessary to get my match. I doubt I'll be paying less in taxes in 40+ years. Fawk I was gonna contribute to a roth IRA but I make too much money . Tax savvy miscers what is the best way to go about this?Fitness connoisseur

ACB does seem to have more room to run. I'm not a big fan of their takeover of Cannimed though, I think they could be stretching themselves too thin.
There's a couple other players trying to develop a breathalyzer too but BLO has the most exposure right now.
I've been in on Namaste for a couple weeks now. There's something fishy going on with them. IIROC looking into them, constantly getting halted and they seemingly came from nowhere.

If you fellas recall I touted Portola pharma awhile ago when it was in the $25 area (yes, it dipped to $18 before it went to 60, but still a strong call).
Next small drug maker I feel good about is ionis pharma. They are working with Roche and possibly making a cure for huntington's disease. They are making big strides in managing multiple degenerative muscular conditions. They've been range bound between around 40-60 the last year and are currently $50. I think their technology and research make them a strong company for the future. I haven't looked at their books yet, but based on pipeline I feel like they are a buy.
Roche bought the rights to license the drug for 45 milli. Hopefully there will be good results.Fitness connoisseur

It isn't like gene editing would become viral or some schit. Either it works on a person by person basis or it doesn't. Either way right now it looks like all they can do is turn off genes that have codes for certain proteins that cause disease. Surprisingly there are a fair amount of those.

the return. exponential. I'd imagine if Editas comes through they might go to 1k +
I know a few in this field who say they can knock out HIV/ and HSV (that would be a miracle). Editas wins the patent game they get a cut on each time its used= several hundred billion dollar company
I think there are close to 6000 diseases they can generate therapies for

The day medicine becomes individual based is the day we see massive progress. I feel like somebody should be creating AI programs to detect and predict which genes might go to chit during a person's lifetime, so they can get personalized therapies early on and stave off those diseases/disorders. IMO if we are to see a human live to 200 years, it'd be because of gene therapy.

I bought this dip on Canopy. There is literally no point in playing anything else in Canada aside from weed.

well they can map everything out now with a pc....A few companies really good at this. SO they know where the issue is. Now Car-t/ gene editing we can either delete the issue
or tell our immune system (which can't see certain things to attack it). Its coming........IMO that will be the craziest thing. only part that sucks is I maybe too old by the time they figure out age reversal etc....
would be goat to stay in your 20s/30s for 150+ years..
If gene editing fails honestly we are so fukkkked

No that would be figuring out how to maintain the telomeres which are at the ends of the DNA. Keep the integrity of those solid and you won't age.
As far as the company I just picked I think that is a winner comparable to genentech (which was also bought out by Roche hint hint). I feel like I have a pretty strong grasp on what new or up & coming meds are going to be successful and which ones won't mean shyt. You can take my advice for what it is worth, but I think my background gives me a wee bit of an edge.Fitness connoisseur
