Yeah I combined what was left in the 2 tubs and got maybe 25-30 servings so it was worth it. Cut the package open inside the house and a big dust cloud came out, immediately took the package to the garage to access the damage. Gf would have whooped my ass as she just cleaned the house lol

never used wrist wraps before but chest day yesterday had me feeling like my wrists were being back (like throttling a motor cycle). Any suggestions?

Been having issues sleeping some nights. I grabbed Redcon1 Fade Out on BOGO free to try out during nights I feel I might have issues sleeping.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

It doesn't take anything substantial to offer that there proprioceptive feedback and make it so you can be far more aware of your wrist position and simply keep that **** straight rather than letting it bend back. Might be all it takes. It takes a lot of wrap to hold up hundreds of pounds. I mean, you're asking fabric you wrap around your wrist to support a crap ton of weight if you want it to do the work for you, that's going to be some serious stuff

It works really well, I usually just use slightly more than 1/2 a scoop and it does the trick. 500mg phenuit I found to provide some good sleep benefits but 1g of it just makes me feel hungover the next day. Hopefully you went with the orange flavor, have heard that the other flavor is "different".

Phenuit? Do you mean Phenibut?
Phenibut gives me the best sleeps of my life. I've heard other people talk about the hangover feeling, but I usually feel great the next day. The phenibut feels like it lasts almost all of the next day as well, so as I long as I take some stims in the morning, I just feel good all day (Pheni gets me feeling great). 1G is actually my sweet spot.
Edit: Fade Out looks like a really good sleep supp. It's packed with good stuff. Might be a little much for some though. 5mg of melatonin alone get's some people feeling really groggy next day.
Double Edit: Jesus I didn't even realize that first ingredient was the chemical name for Phenibut. At 1 full gram along with all that other stuff. Jesus man! Knock me out.Squat and Deadlift

Oh Yeah absolutely nailed the Maple Glazed Donut bars. Trying to think of a reason not to give them a 10/10, but I can't. I'll give them a 9.9/10 because I don't give out 10/10s unless a supp causes me to have a deeply religious experience.

I have a second favorite pre workout now (still no DMAA or DMHA)
Pre Kaged
Prolific
Second or third time using 1 scoop prolific (max dose is 2) and 1/2 scoop high volume (both cotton candy), and liking it...with room to go up yet

I am a current fan of Fade Out and also Amino PM. I only take once a week if that. I did take Fade Out twice the first weekend I got it to try both flavors and see how it was. I don't think I took Amino PM more than once in a week but I could be wrong as I might have also tried it twice the first weekend I got it. Reason for weekend use mostly is due to I can get longer sleep plus no work or workouts the next day. Both work great and feel very refreshed the next day as long as I get in near 8 hours of sleep.
On a side not remember we have been warned about talk of "other" sites.

Yeah they're not. Seen them on multiple sites. If BB.com sells them individual I will add with next order otherwise I'll wait for a B&M.

Nice. I would pick Orange over Black Currant but both are oddly flavored in my opinion. The results however have been excellent. Strange thing with me every time seems to be the first half of sleep is so so, then I have to pee badly then the second half is super deep sleep. Then when it's time to wake I at first don't want to get up, feel a little groggy but get past that and I feel great the rest of the day.
