After seeing Flex...
I'm almost embarrassed to put my videos from the Meet this past weekend.
Body weight was 232.8lbs
First up, 500lb Squat.

Loved those videos DerAlta. Competitions really raise the energy and you hit some great weights there!

The only other note, was I did hit 290lbs on the Bench. Totalled out at 1370lbs at @233lbs.
That was my last lift. I was really pumped up that day, and the original plan was to hit a 560lb pull. Opened with a 530, ripped it off the floor, and held it at the top for a moment for pics. Second lift was 560 and it came up tough. Went for the 580 and surprised myself at how it did come up.
That's Liz, the lady I've trained with many times. She's no slouch on the stage either. BodyBuilder, Spartan racer, Powerlifter, and Model.
I've not been back either, but if we cross paths, I'll take you up on that offer. The Iron will never Lie to you.

Der Alta ---- beautiful lifts. That 580 dead looked easy!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Thanks man.
Pffft; I don't think the young dudes even train legs!
Evidently; hopefully I see some improvement on the squats Friday.
LMAO.
I think my right hammy would disagree with you.
I'll try to get a new squat vid in here on Friday, kids.Insta: flexjs
