Thank you very much! And the cool thing I figured out later is that I had only hit a 38 triple one time in the past! So it was a huge volume PR!
Happy Tuesday. I did not check my notes before I left the house for this work out. When I came home I found my best double clean only was a 41. So I think 3 DCJ at 48 is a pretty HUGE PR.
Today I really tried to focus on my jerks. 2 things. I dip to fast. I need to dip slower and then drive hard. I think I did better. The other problem I have is fluffing my feet to settle myself after my clean. I for some reason feel the need to fluff before I jerk it! So, stand on the clean. Wait a second, move one foot, then jerk it.I will get there!
My legs are tired!

Let us just pray I take the mojo with me tomorrow!
See the smile? That was the day before. And we don't have to keep it G-rated til the kids are in bed anymore. We have tv and a locking bedroom door. X rated anytime now a days. Plus school starts soon and no more homeschool for me.
Hey! Know what I realized. It was 12 out of 13 snatches the other day, not 9 out of 10!Spoon Barbell Club

We have 2 girls. One almost 10 and one 7. Yes, mommy had no time. We have a farm, own an a/c company that I do all the books for. So I was about to lose my mind! I think them going to school will be best for everyone!
and I will get to train with less distractions!
Not that I do not love my kiddos dearly.

He found some fishing friends, I am very HAPPY!!
i'm so glad to hear my wife and i aren't the only parents that sneak off for a tickle fight during blues clues. having the two year-old stick her hands under the bedroom door is quite a mood killer though. i swear our daughters are secretly rewarded by my in-laws for being cock blockersSpoon Barbell Club

I have 4, a 21 year old son that's biologically mine and 16,15,15 year olds that we adopted when they where babies. So it's 2 boys an 2 girls.. It sounds like you have your plate full with the farm/a/c company. Lol Oh I understand totally what you mean about loving the kids, but it is nice if/when you do get just a few mins to yourself lol

Wow, so you are going thru the learning to drive stage. I am very afraid of that and the dating phase. And good for you for adopting.
That is awesome!
I think this is a first for the fifty shades happening here!

sadie is my wife's name lol. why the f*ck does everyone name their dog that? it's either that or some old gray bush aunt that smokes a pack a day and wears too much sh*tty old lady perfume
the first date my wife and i ever went on was interrupted by a dog that busted into the bar we were at. i'll give you one guess as to it's name. fml225OHP/315B/420S/505D

LOL! Driving is complicated! I learned to drive in a town of like 7,000 in Idaho, then we moved to Washington DC.
!
Thanks Tamara.
I get a kick out of your dogs I swear. I bet they sigh pretty loudly too!
Okay. I don't even know what I want to say. I had this whole post planned out in my head. Was gonna show an old phat picture of me, my journal is almost 2 yrs old. Was gonna talk about my progress, blah, blah, blah. Went to the gym and it did not go the way I wanted to I think I am just going to leave this as...

Ah yeah, those are what I like to call "building days." Before you have an entire Honeybaked Ham store before you in all its glory with delicious meats and that orgasmic macaroni salad someone must go outside in a cold, dirt field and start laying bricks down one by one to build the foundation that will one day support that heavenly building where people will truly purchase Christmas joy. Just sayin.

straight up, dead srs. i'll try to make this a quick story but my wife and i knew each other for quite some time before dating/marriage but never sought each other out. i had just moved back to idaho, we made contact and planned on meeting up for a drink when time permitted-this was right around thanksgiving time. well, some of my friends and i had a tradition of getting together on thanksgiving evening after all the family madness and having beers at this complete sh*t hole bar. i mean this place is bad, more like the idaho falls gun and knife club but they are open every day of the year, have great food (leftover turkey sandwiches on holidays) and my buddies and i have done it for years. anyways, we decided to meet up around 9 and take it from there. i get there, NONE of my friends showed up due to a crazy a*s blizzard and she thought i said ten instead of nine. i was all sad, thinking i got stood up and started drinking beer like it's my job. i finally get tired of waiting and decide to leave right as she shows up. now i'm thinking this is great news until she starts with the questions:-where are your friends?-how many pitchers have you had?-do you know it's thanksgiving? pretty rough start. things actually started getting better after that and after an hour or so i offered to go start her car to warm it up before leaving. as i open the door, some dude busts in to get out of the blizzard and has this wild dog running around, barking and snapping at everyone. dude starts yelling at the dog "sadie! sadie! get out of here! get out of here you POS!" after that i was like "wtf is homeboy saying to my lady friend? beat it pal." yeah, it was a disaster to say the least
you stalking me brah?
