Chest was pumped as fuark, but wasn't half as sore the next day as my hammies are now from RDLs yesterday.. it had been a while.
It went well with the girl.

Not great at all, but hey it is the 1+ week.

This was on Friday and my hammies are still trashed, though tbf they couldn't have had much recovery time with the amount of drinking I've done recently.
Overall since getting the notion of getting gigs around the town with this new band I've been less focused/bothered about training. I'm not gonna skip sessions but i'm not as upset as I usually would be about not getting as many reps as I'd hope. It's a good feel tbh.
and the guitar I linked somewhere above was sold before I could get my hands on it so i'm picking this up tomorrow night:

cheers bud wasn't the worst but meh
so you've probably noticed by my last few posts that i've been losing motivation in the gym in general. Nothing really has changed on that front except that I've thought about it and realized that i've pretty much been consistent since last January and have felt since then that this is something i'd never lose my drive for, and now with the new girl im seeing and practicing guitar a lot more/band practices it feels like its slipping.
what i'm realizing now is that up til now it's been easy to stay consistent, not a challenge, but now it's becoming more of a challenge. It just means i'll have to try harder, stop bitching and just do it. It helps that I haven't been tracking cals for basically the past week and i'm still down to 193ish. Cutting should be easy now cause i'm rarely thinking about food as i'm kept pretty busy.
Deadlifts today, and i've just risen from a 12 hour sleep. Going to eat some food beforehand too to see how I get on.BJJ / Greyskull LP log

My 1RM is hovering around 100 for this even on my 3rd cycle, so i'm not getting stronger but I suppose i'm atleast maintaining my strength within 10lbs.
Incline Bench Press

Tricep Pushdowns
3 x 8-10 x 65kg
Ab Roller

Ended up missing squats/OHP this week due to drinking a lot and basically being a *******. I'll just take it as a faux deload and get back to it on Monday. aye i'm a bit disappointed I haven't been gaining a little, but as you can see I haven't been giving my training or nutrition 100% of late.

Not too bad since that workout a few weeks ago where I hadn't slept and couldn't even move 145kg for one rep.
Next week for my 1+ week i'll be doing 150kg, which will be the most i've ever put on the bar for anything.

This felt like a good bench day, especially considering i'd just got done deadlifts.
