I'll get in on the race if I can put the bar on my back lol. Nice "ok" session. I'm scared to see what kind of workout will come when you say you killed it.
Enough people have said it, but I'll put in my two cents. As a beginner, your best bet is most likely to pick up Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Farley did a great job on the FAQ, but the book just goes into such great detail not only on how to perform the lifts properly, but why you should perform them that way. Read the book and start lifting. Start your own log on here and follow other logs, it's a tremendous motivational tool. Also, try to at least get your working sets on video and post them in your log, if you can get experienced lifters to critique your form and offer suggestions, it will help you out huge in the long run. Like Farley said, unless you know how much those trainers lift and how their form is, ignore their advice. It's not hard to become a certified trainer, and there are so many out there that just don't know wtf they're talking about. Last, if your stats are correct, you need to eat eat eat. Good luck.

I came to the realization yesterday that high rep sets like that are great for me. My cardio/endurance is just terrible and I know I could have had that for 20 already if I wasn't breathing so damn hard. So I'll be doing sh*t like that every now and then to keep my cardio/endurance up. I would like to see you give that a try bro, I bet you could do it right now.
315x10 front squat? I'm down. Might be a while haha.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Clean grip is a problem for most and probably will hurt, but if you stick with it it becomes very easy and feels great. The most optimal way to front squat no doubt. Cross arm grip is terrible lol.
lol yep. And hell yeah. So its you, Tobi, Zach and I. That's right Zach I volunteered your assJournal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Ok so this supplement is the real deal. It might just be the best joint support supplement I have ever used and it doesn't just support the joints either, it does a helluva lot more. I have done pressing and pulling every other day heavy for 4 sessions in a row WITH slight tendinitis. But since taking this stuff for just over a week now I have no pain and the tendon is not really inflamed at all. On top of that I am getting stronger pumps, sleeping deeper, gaining strength and mass, my appetite is up and I have been feeling pretty good even tho I do have an infection lol. This isn't the other supps I'm taking that a lot of you know about either, I can clearly feel the difference with the humanotropin added.
So if you're looking for a legit supp that works, I have to say this stuff does and it blows everything else out of the water, dead srs and I am not getting paid to say this. I like this supplement so much I am stocking up and I'm going to ask the guy I got it from if I could be a company rep.

I know a lot of you dislike Ross. I don't have a problem with him but that's besides the point. If I'm not mistaken Ross is just the guy repping the company for the most part. This stuff was originally made up by a guy named Emeric Delczeg who is also part of the company. Its not just Ross doing everything. Anyways I'm done and I'll let the rest of you guys do your own research.

Was not 100% today at all. 5th full body sesh (every other day sched). CNS at about 85-90%. Lower back still sore. So I'll prob take 2 full days off. Got a nice amount of work in this run. Plan is to hit up 4x5 PLing Squats with 325 next sesh, then bench 270-275 for a few sets of 5+. Then some back work of course. So its going well and no tendinitis or injuries at all. Phuckyeah.jpg
