The more occupied a hospital, the less chances of survival u will have as a patient.

oh yeah, they say that covid was already present in Italy in December 2019 (found in sewers feces). So this disease was already spreading in europe undetected (maybe confused with the flu or unexplained diseases ?). Even tough first official case in eu was in italy in February 2020.

So it might have hit Usa much earliuer than the first confirmed case and was likely already spreading under the population.

But thats just my guess, take it with grain of salt.

Sadly we don't have a control country to test for that. Every country pussied out. Uk tried that and within few weeks, when deaths were tallying up and experts getting angry, they backtracked and enforced a lockdown.
