last thing i'll say on the topic of running just so you guys know
it's not like i'm running for the sake of running, or adding in extra calories to burn (doesn't burn as much calories as people may think it does) and i honestly dont think i would keep running if i dont have goals in mind but the reasons why i'm trying to improve/maintain my endurance can be said with one picture below
i haven't counted but there's definitely over 25, with some of my kids on the left side100% 中國人
