It really is, there was a place selling a variety of local honey last time I was up there, just lots of really good stuff. I really do need a camping trip, and some fishing, and a day or two canoeing/kayaking...I just really need some outdoors time that doesn't involve sitting in San Diego traffic.

At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. He sat down, raised his hand and said: "please explain brake fade to me". -CSG @Corral.net

Thanks. I was surprised I could hold it that long after the last few weeks of trying it.
Hey now...I have given Greek yogurt many tries...more than I typically do. Just never works out...no flavor exists that can override that horrible taste.
Actually 2 AM has always been my golden hour when it came to bull****ting. The papers I would write at that hour were incredible. Hell, I may not even remember what I wrote, but got me excellent grades. The rest of the day...no motivation. Now, I'm lucky if I can stay up that late. If only my company would realize how much more they would get out of me if I got to pick my own hours on a daily basis...it would be incredible. Oh well.
Well I was gnawing on a piece of chicken that also included part of the backbone (at least I think it was backbone) while I was watching one of those scenes while someone was without their skin and all you could see was blood, muscle and bone...in particular that backbone.
Eh, I'd give those things a try. I've tried duck feet...didn't work cause it was way too chewy. And I'm not about to swallow it whole.
Not my family. Even my Grandparents were the same way and they had plenty of money. That was where the ignorance came in. They weren't exposed as a child so they never had any interest in developing an interest in other foods beyond what they know. Shame...cause damn, some of the food that is absolutely incredible, they won't even touch.
I don't know why some women insist on naming themselves or their children after a male disney character. Well I get to watch the young deer grow up outside my window...I certainly would never consider killing any of the local herd cause of that.
My sister decided to hatch the chickens herself I think. Although it wasn't the first time she got a rooster instead of a hen from a local source. Don't know why they don't ask for another chick.
Love lamb. Don't understand why some don't care for it. I love the flavor...doesn't even need extra seasoning.

Thanks.
I highly recommend going to one...just make sure you manage to find a good one. I know of plenty that won't help much, other than themselves to your insurance money. But there are just as many that are really good and really, really help.
Thanks. It felt good to be able to hold that for so long. Especially with the one arm hand stands cause when it starts to get close to fatiguing...there is a really good risk of face planting when the elbow gives out.
Oh boy....are we now talking about trying cannibalism? I'm game

Tuesday
Biceps
Chin Ups
- 1 x 10
- 1 x 10
- 1 x 10
- 1 x 08
- 1 x 06
These were all full ROM with the bar touching my shoulders at the top. Really want to get that muscle up eventually and need to build some strength and comfort at the top of the movement. Started to gas out after the 2nd set.
Cable Bicep Curls - Straight Bar
- 1 x 15 - 20.0
- 1 x 15 - 25.0
One of the guys was looking for the bar, so I gave it up for the supra bar.
Cable Curls with Supra Bar
- 1 x 08 - 30.0
- 1 x 08 - 30.0
- 1 x 08 - 30.0
Must have been really gassed out at this point, cause my reps were pretty low in comparison to the last time I did these. But I really do love doing cable curls...seeing the tricep contract at the bottom of the movement looks AWESOME!!!
Barbell Drag Curls
- 1 x 08 - 50.0 lbs
- 1 x 08 - 50.0 lbs
- 1 x 08 - 50.0 lbs
- 1 x 08 - 50.0 lbs
- 1 x 08 - 50.0 lbs
These were bugging my back a bit. My fault, those shoulder mounts.
28s Barbell Bicep Curls - Alternating Grip Width
- 1 x 28 - 30.0 lbs
- 1 x 28 - 30.0 lbs
- 1 x 28 - 30.0 lbs
- 1 x 28 - 30.0 lbs
- 1 x 28 - 30.0 lbs
- 1 x 28 - 30.0 lbs
These were getting tough. Probably the distractions at the gym.
Notes:
Very fun gym session. Was messing around with a few of the guys at the gym. That is not a surprised when arm days coordinate. Did manage to get two of them to try shoulder mounts. The one at least got his legs off the ground and into a bit of a tuck. The other one managed to do quite well for his first try...even lowered down into a pretty decent dragon flag. Later on I was playing around with elbow levers on an incline bench just to show off a bit. LOL.
Had to laugh later one. After I was finished what I was planning on doing and one of the other guys left for work. The other guy was near the dumbbell rack doing some curls when 3 people flocked around him and started to do "curling" too. There entire free weight section was completely empty except for him curling...why they all had to flock around him is beyond me. It was like he was swarmed. LOL. After that, he pretty much gave up and got out of there with his life.

Oh yeah, had an interesting feed on ******** yesterday. Someone shared a post that contained this meme
The woman doing the move in the picture to the left...Marlo Fisken was not too pleased to have her image stolen and used in this way. Many women that do Pole went to the ******** site that created this meme and posted comments explaining how they find pole dancing to be empowering and that this meme only promotes victim blaming. Turns out the site deleted any comments that didn't agree with their meme and proceed to block all those people that posted.
Only thing I can say about it is WOW!!! Still trying to figure out how doing pole basically is saying it is okay for men to beat up women. Sometimes the level of stupidity of some people still surprises me. This one takes the cake. And to think, I thought Canada was more progressive than this.

The shame you should rightly feel must be crushing...
It is an acquired taste for some I suppose...
Yeah I knocked out some golden papers in the middle of the night, hell my senior thesis on gun control was mostly written the night before the 1st draft was due. I've always been a night person and honestly I think if my work schedule was somewhere along the lines of 5pm-1am I'd be content...minus the obvious issue of disrupting my time with my daughter...as to motivation, hell unless it involves food or racing I rarely have an ounce of that any way.
Yeah I don't think I would even notice, my eating and my entertainment rarely interact, I'd continue gnawing along without even noticing the correlation...
Pass.
Yeah my parents came from two wildly different backgrounds so it was pretty much guaranteed that there would be some variety in the house even if they didn't intend to actively expose us to a wide variety of foods.
Bambi, Mercedes, Porsche, Precious...those parents are just setting their daughters up for a long future of adult therapy sessions and or alcoholism. I wouldn't either...if they weren't so damn tasty.
I enjoy lamb as well, but I will say I enjoy it even more with a dab of mint jelly.
Don't get me started on the people eating...I was known for saying save a cow, eat a vegan long before somebody threw it on a shirt sold at CafePress...when the apocalypse comes and the food shortages start my vegan friends are going to figure out very quickly why I have vegan friends in the first place.
Ask Takeru Kobayashi.

Hell I'll give the green light as long as you start with anyone that drives a hybrid in any lane other than the truck lane/slow lane and any person that thinks it's ok to do 5-10+ under the speed limit in any lane other than the truck lane...and anybody holding a cellphone.
