problem with gym battles is all you need to do is dodge and fast attack. and you will take out almost anyone (as long as you are good at dodging)

specials are useless for attackers, but can be great if defending.

yeah i am mad I got hydro pump as the secondary for vap, gonna evolve more vaps until I get a batter move like the guy who just posted his.

2 bar 50 attacks for the same "build up bar" at hydro pump for 60 damage
so aqua does 100 damage over the same time hydro does 60 ( the delay in attack for multiple bars is really the only downside)

they have prestige rank, you need to get it down to 0 before you turn it grey. If it has multi pokes u will have ot beat it multi times. You need to knock it down gym levels, everytime you drop it down gym levels you will most likly make 1 of the pokes leave the gym (just depends if the gym has same number of pokes as gym level)

they have points at the top left

every time you defeat them you get a certain amount of points depending on how many pokemon you beat and if it was the final one

you subtract those numbers

if there is still some left it's still their gym

Dratini to Dragonair is 2.1-2.2

Dragonair to Dragnite is 2.0-2.2

So you're looking at a 4.2x min of your dratini, beats any eevee evolve granted if you have the candies....

That's the kicker. I don't have too many of them around me.

On a brighter note:
-went to a botanical garden with 3 lured poke stops. Dropped an incense and lucky egg. Holy **** now I get why it's the goat. Caught a 393 dratini, a 765 seaking, saw an arbok shadow but couldn't track him down, but caught 150 Pokemon. Wish I would've went in having enough to evolve as well but it was my first time.
-hatched a diglett and a jynx
- took down a gym simply because of a ******* kid and his attitude. Stayed there for a half hour taking it back after he would take it back.
-park, gardens, college campuses are GOAT
-best thing is I met so many people. Cool people at that. Even met a cop who went around to every poke stop in the park before taking down a level 4 gym. He gave the thumbs up as he passed by. All I could do was smile.
- going to go to a college campus around midnight. Got a good tip from one of the people there that that's a good time to go.

Gym systems flawed. Gym around my area had almost 40000 in prestige level 8 gym, and within 1-2 days down to zero by some weaker players lol.

Pretty surprised by Electabuzz and Dratini being "Epic". They seem to be everywhere around where I live - I've caught 3-4 of each in three days.

Edit: Pretty sure the rarity of Pokemon is region specific so this chart might be totally irrelevant.

hmm in my area in brampton its hard to find eevee's while in downtown they are easier to find.

Someone aware me on the region specific pokemon why the fuk can't a brah get mime without having to spend 1200 buks on a plane ticket lol???

if they have enough revives and potions they can do it. They just need to be able to beat one poke at a time with their 6 to lowe some prestige of the gym. If they do it enough times they will lower poke count then focus all 6 on the leader (prob have some type advantage pokes )

I just take over a gym when my 21 hours or something is up so i can collect my 10 gold coins and then i insert random weak pokemon in there since it will be taken over in hours or less.
