this one i had done to me by a smaller brown belt from the Coconut Creek camp, man i was dumbfounded that after class i insisted he teach me this.
Although i learned to do it in one quick motion for best effectiveness, i have done it to bigger guys since learning it , now i am guilty of having that as my go to move when in north south

It helped me get int tighter and at least attempt to sweep. It is something i wanna try and work on every class. I tried it with someone who is a white belt, but i have no idea how. Everytime i see him rolling with the 3-4 stripe blues, he is dominating.Originally Posted by eatsleephate
