Update #1
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=115788871
** Today I was announced as a represenative for Primaforce. I am very honored to fullfill this role, and work with Mike Mcandless in helping him promote his products. I will be helping set up promotions, and anwsering questions on the forums. I look forward to some of you partaking in the promo's and running your luck at testing/logging newer products for the future.
Update #2

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...&postcount=495
** This one was totally unexpected. Controlled Labs is holding a Team Transformation contest. And since I am coming off my cut and have not seen much progress on my bulk, its time to turn it up a notch. I am paired with a bodybuilder who has been around for awhile named LiftJunkie *you can see he posted in my thread or reading through the company promo thread*
Together the team who has the best transformation will win some big prize (TBA). I look forward to this. I will probably carb deplete myself and run a few full body workouts for before pictures, and carb load for my post pictures depending on the time frame. I am looking forward to this opportunity.
** More rules will follow soon, for now I am excited to team with an experienced individual in attempt to win a competition and see how far I can test my waters in progressing my body.
- Thanks Everyone, its good to be back, but the best part of being back is having your support. Without the everyday extra motivation it felt like I was missing something in my workouts, even though I deloaded for two weeks while Tommy was putting together the split I was just preparing my body to really turn up the heat, and the time is now.
- I am just flooded with school work, and catching up for the next week or so will be hectic. After finals are done On May 1st, I will be heading home for the summer, May 2nd I will be attending Mr. Pittsburgh where one of my best friends who I went to school with will be competing in it. I can get a picture up later. He is an absolute ANIMAL, and was a great training partner who taught me a lot.
- As for how I am not gaining, it is beyond me. Tommy has increased my cals by over 1200, we have dropped almost ALL of my HIIT, and the scale is barley budging. Its crazy to say the least.
- The new split is cycling the %'s per week, and the hypertrophy days have altered a bit. Since I am targeting my back/hams we have added more volume on those days, and changed some exercises to try and bring in some more back width and hamstring strength. You will see what I am talking about Thursday/Friday.
- Thanks for everyone showing support, and backing me. I promise you I will make the most out of my time, and the future is bright. You will see me stepping on stage by the end of next year, or sometime in 2011. I just need to get a nice frame on me, and then see where I stand.

Primaforce is a kickass well trusted company. I have used their pre-workout supplement primal n20 for years with time off of course and it never lets me down. Represent this company well. It deserves it.

wow what an honor! huge news, and they have chosen well. I know you'll represent the company to the fullest. I've used their products before and their consistent and straightforward labeling, and low prices are something to model after.

It sucked knowing all of that, and never mentioning it to anyone
but Bob has seen progress pics of myself that I refuse to show in my journal right now, so even trade
Congrats again Bob, will def look forward to the killing for your show in a few years. Def just give it time, your body will do crazy things as far as not gaining, but you could be gaining more than you believe, scales dont always show those improvements.Team Norton

Thanks for the kind words fellas, as for being a rep for a company such as Primaforce its an honor. I love their products, I use a lot of them, and they are staples without questions in my supplement stack.
I thank you for the kind words toward the company!
I saw what your cooking B, and believe me when you release the pictures people will be shocked. I am amazed at where you have come so far, and to know there is still 8 weeks from the last set of pics I saw, its just going to be nasty. I better go get some nice feta cheese, those hammies will be shredding.
Glad you could join the party bro.
Let me know what kind of a product you are looking for, and ill steer you in the right direction.
I love your sense of humor Kirk, N20 and Vaso is the same formula, different name/company thats all.
