The person who was killed was Pasha Pertychenko, Sargent of the 59th brigade. He is a well known and popular figure in Ukraine. Ukrainians are quite upset over his death. Also other soldiers of the 59th brigade got wiped out along with him. They all gathered at a staging ground near the front.

Ukrainian men 25 to 60 years old in Ukraine & abroad to register at military draft offices. Those abroad will face fines and penalties if they don’t register. (Not sure how they plan to enforce those abroad to return to Ukraine lol)

-All those liable for military service who have not yet submitted relevant information about themselves will have to do this within 60 days.

If the data is not updated within 60 days, administrative liability arises. And this large fines from 17 to 22.5 thousand hryvnia plus, if desired, deprivation of the right to drive a car.

-Another "car" norm - a car can be withdrawn for the needs of the army if a person has more than one car.

One of the most scandalous moments of the bill - the provision on demobilization after 36 months of service was deleted from it.
