Thought I was going home at 0600 today and got smacked with a code 3 hospital run at 0415... just got home 20 minutes ago, already smoked 2 cigarettes, now going to shower in a minute and smoke at least 2 more before going to bed before work tonight.

At least tonight is my Friday so they can't get me today.

I'm glad I was brainwashed that you should never take up smoking as a habit.

Coffee addiction is annoying enough.... Hell this weekend I'm heading out of town and need to bring my own camp stove and instant coffee because I'm not sure if they have microwaves in the room. It becomes an absolute necessity to have these things, and it's annoying.

I will tell you.

I can quit caffeine no problem, I have done it many times.
I can quit weed no problem, Once I quit I never looked back.
I quit drinking no problem, I drank everyday for a month, once the doctor advised me to stop I quit drinking cold turkey.
I tried heroin twice and had a bad experience the second time, I never did it again.

I have attempted to quit smoking maybe 50 times, a few times were successful but after not smoking for a few weeks I would start dreaming about smoking and at times the cravings would come back full force even after months had went by without a smoke, don't start smoking brah its one of the worst things I ever did.

During hard times when I couldn't afford smoking I would wander the streets collecting butts off the ground or from public "ashtrays" and scrounge up a couple dollars to buy rolling papers, sometimes I would go out in the middle of the night and trespass on government property so I could raid the butt containers and not get caught and possibly charged with trespassing.
