So I've been lifting on and off for a few years now and I've only just recently discovered the supplement known as "Tribulus Terrestris". A lot of you who post here will probably know more about this substance than I do, but what I can say for sure is that I have found this supplement to be very helpful as it provides me a lot of raw energy during workouts. Has anyone else had success with this product?

that is more of a placebo effect. libido boost is the only thing this supp ever did for me.

No effect for me whatsoever. I doubt you would get energy from those lawn clippings.

Sometimes I need that libido boost, pretty much the main reason I would use it sometimes. I think there's some other health benefits not related to test levels for trib?
