Body Rush day 4
so i received my package thursday afternoon and of course started taking the product the very next day because who is able to wait.
as i mentioned in my video, im very stim resistant. so much of the feeling that most people will get from a product like this, i will not get. with that being said, i try hard to keep an open mind and watch for the small differences.
every morning monday through friday i do hanging leg raises. this month it is 4 sets of 30. all last week i struggled with them mentally. i have been doing them every morning for a year and a half so the act in and of itself isnt hard but often it is just a struggle with energy and mental blahness!
i get up at 4 am and i take my ramp up as soon as i get up. it is generally about 30-40 minutes later when i start my hanging leg raises. there is no great energy burst for me but i did notice this morning that my mental concentration was much better and my attitude was great!Last edited by Doc.Happy; 04-11-2011 at 08:53 AM.

I've noticed 1.5 scoops is a good ballpark range for me. That being said, when did you take the Ramp-Up? If you were feeling great maybe one Ramp-Up and one scoop or BodyRush.
Since you did say you are pretty stim tolerant.

young zac decided that he had had a bad dream and crawled into bed with me about 2 am this morning. he is definately a mammas boy and has to be touching me, like right up against me, makes for difficult sleeping.
it has been a suprisingly quiet monday. had a handful of surgeries this morning and the only walk ins were euthanasias so they didnt take very long. i took my ramp up at 10:45 and 2 scoops of body rush at 11:15. messed around and went home and changed and headed to the gym at noon.
cardio treadmill 10 min 7.0 mph 153 calories. i was definately feeling warm during the cardio not sure if it was the ramp up or the fact that i was wearing a long sleeve shirt because it has turned chilly here in AZ
chest
bench press (smith machine)(wt adjusted for counterbalance and figured for 15#)
wide grip-like the wide grip but it is killer on my wrists
*65# for 20
*85# for 15
*105# for 10
*125# for 10
*135# for 7
*105# for 10
i like the smith for bench, dont do it very often but it allows for me to go a little heavier and not worry so much about failing
incline bench (not on smith)
*95# for 4 sets of 8
pec deck/vertical chest press supersetted
*90# for 4 set of 10 each exercise
and i had run out of time. overall satisfied with the workout. not spectacular but not horrible either

The real body rush day 2 thoughts
last friday i took one scoop of the body rush preworkout. today i figured that maybe i had better take two. so about 11:45 i took 2 scoops of the strawberry kiwi. hmmmmmmm taste isnt bad. i mixed it with about 20 oz of water! between that and the ramp up, i was peeing every 2 min for about an hour
once again i will stress that i am very resistant to the whole "feeling" part of products. even if a product has some great beta alanine tingles, i generally will feel them only for one maybe two days and then my body adjusts and i no longer "feel" anything. even with 2 scoops, very little feeling. some numbness feeling in my toes and fingers but thats about it. fast, startled movements will produce a brief stabbing sensation but for the most part, no consistant feeling. focus was good, energy was good, endurance was good, strength was ok. i imagine that all of these things should improve, atleast the endurance and strength part, as i take the product for longer."Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. for the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. and let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." Ramp UP day 5
i got to bed at 9 last night and slept great! i dont think i moved all night until about 5 sec before my alarm went off. definately wanted to stay in bed but alas, no such luck
rolled out of bed and sluggishly walked to the bathroom. put in my contacts and brushed my teeth and took 2 ramp up. i was not feeling like doing the hanging leg raises! my energy was low and my desire was about zero. it was about 30 mins later when i started them. the first set was a bit dreadful but my energy was increasing and the last 3 sets felt pretty darn good. that is a great feeling!
