yeah some of us bahamians arent that lucky, example me. but he turned pro at the caribbean championships. he is 6'3" i know i workout at the same gym with him and he really is that big. i know most pros exagerate their height but he is legit!
deadlift - 500lbs (want to get to 600lbs)
squat - 365lbs (need to get better)
overhead press - 275lbs (my form sucks)
bench - 315+lbs (I don't care about bench)

knee injuries, yeah. why would it necessarily have to have anything to do with pain? Obviously he DOES movements to make them grow, he has extremely muscular quads compared to a normal persons.. I mean look.
But he's limited by the severity of his injuries, whatever the exact details are, from getting them to standard pro size.
no mystery really.

i know i will probably get flamed for this but check his quarter turns for example his side chest, its actually quite impressive. his legs are a matter of concern for him, he trains them hardest i mean i have watched him squat ass to ground and i mean all the way 4 plates for 8 reps, he does have trouble going heavier than that for fear of reinjuring his knees.

Flamed for what ???? It's no secret this guy has the best rear lat spread and rear relaxed in the Bodybuilding ! Plus his side chest, side triceps are some of the best in bodybuilding.
He suffers the most with ab thigh and surprisingly his back double biceps ( weird lack of symmetry). His front relaxed, front double biceps, front lat spread, and most muscular are all held back by his quads but they are decent.
Another plus for his is that he makes everyone else look so small next to him !
I would love to see him next to Wolf, Cutler and Tony Freeman.
Did his 3rd place qualify him for the O ?
