315
This my 315 lb. bench press. I've had it for a few weeks but just got around to getting a video of it. I weigh 184 and I'm 44.
It won't let me add a link because I haven't reached my 50 posts yet. It's at youtube.com/watch?v=wtZB-s9Xy3k&feature=youtu.be
You just have to add the three Ws to the front of that.

I just ordered some 1.25 pound plates online so I can gauge progress a little better.

I benched my body weight to see how many times I could bench it and got 19. This is my first time doing it in a long time and I usually get better after doing it a few times. 155 x 19 this time and last year I did 145 x 18 after a couple weeks.

Damn, I'd love to be able to do that some day, I'm only able to get 5 reps now. Amazing work man.
That's excellent work man!
I really like the entire 5/3/1 concept. That was an impressive set man, way to stick with those last reps. You should be getting pretty close to 315 if you haven't hit already.Eat, Sleep, Lift...Repeat!
