Hey lady! Awesome workouts in here since I've been able to catch up.
I LOVE that you took vids with the Santa hat on - for some reason I was not at all surprised hahaha
I like that you are getting creative with your equipment at home and getting shiz done. I don't really have anything at home but I need to not be so ridiculous about my "set" workout when I can't get to the gym, I need to just be prepared to lift stuff up and move it around whenever I can. Maybe I'll try to carry the hubs around the house - he's about 240, that would be some good work on the legs
Good luck when you finally get to do the work testing for the new jobbie! Crossing fingers for you!!Please join me on my journey to find balance:

Have you let your roots grow out enough to really see what color they are anytime recently, chickie? The reason that I ask is that your natural hair could easily be two or three shades darker at 26 than it was at 15. You might be a darker blonde now than you remember.
I get my roots touched up every 4-5 weeks (hard to keep the grays covered, grr) and highlights about every 4th time. I'm getting the whole shebang done a week from tomorrow and I'm kinda considering maybe trying something slightly different. I would love to go that burgundy-ish color, but I used to do that once in awhile back in the 80s and I don't think it was all that flattering to my complexion then. I'm sure it would be even worse now that I'm an old hag"Eat some oatmeal, do some squats, how hard is that seriously."--Prof Ham

Ahh, this workout was random. We were in a hurry/trying to make burgers at the same time which is pretty impossible, but I didn’t want to take the time to set everything up for your normal thing so I just played around. It was super intesnse and brutal, nonetheless

BW+30 x6
BW+30 x5

I could, but I always like saving some cals for after work, and somehow I never have very many left in the evenings
Thank you! I was doing 42.5 for reps before I got sick, and I evn did a few reps at 45lbs, so I was disappointed with them, but I guess I can't complain since it's been a week since I did them

Hai guys! Exhausted here today. Running on 5 hours of sleep in the past 3 days and too much activity and not enough food makes for a tired Lori. I'm missing out on my sunny afternoon walk becasue I was moving files all morning and it used up all my energy and now I just want to sleep. lol! Was going to do a small workout later today but I think I'll put my jammies on a snuggle up on the couch instead Back and shoulders tomorrow
Oh, and looking at those workout videos....I don't feel as if I really need to lose weight anymore. lol! I've chalked up my belly chub to stress/water since it's almost back to normal and usually a random huge increase in jiggle means water, not fat. So I threw my dieting attempts out the window yet again After 1.5 days my pants are looser than ever and those shorts I had on last night were looser than normal, too. So anyway. Will visit you all throughout the day!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Thanks- it was really nice! It's warmer out now than it was this morning
Haha! I love that too! Different hair color means different color make-up for sure I'm not sure I want to go too much darker, but something more natural looking would be nice I'm excited! I had a cranky day yesterday. TOM stuff/little stuff getting to me more than it should/wasn't in the mood to workout so I just drank a few beers and moped instead lol! Better today though! Will do back/biceps later after grocery shopping. I have an interview for that position I want on Monday, so we'll see how that goes! Going to go help fold calendars. Be back later with workout. Seriously this time!

Happy Friday, Ms Lori! Hope you are back to your usual happy mood. I was feeling kinda combination pissy/down/anxious last night and this morning too, but then I went out and delivered cookies to my former co-workers and the people at the gym and now I feel better. Cookies make everything okay even when you're not the one eating them

Ooohh, cookies make everything better! We bought some chocolate chips today- we're going to decorate and start abking some very shortly
Thanks! Me either! lol! I think I'm going to go with light brown with blond highlights!
I don't know- My cranky turns into sadness. lol! Then I'm just pathetic and sad looking. Hahha!
Thank you! I've decided against it, but I'm honestly not doing a very good job with the eating. I'm somehow sick of eating. Huh. lol!
You think?? I have to get rid of the color it is now- it's driving me insane I want something light, but different, you know? I'm really thinking light brown with highlights/foils. I think that'd be nice And a trim!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers
