The USAPL does hardly any out of competition testing. (less than 10%). The only realistic way to fail their drug testing is by not knowing clearance times. The IPF lists ALL TIME world records that are 'drug tested'. They are only tested the same way the olympics is, which is to say not in any meaningful way at all.
The bdfpa tests randomly out of competition and is approved by the BOA. It also polygraphs. The BOA testing is a large reason why the UK has not won any weightlifting medal in 24 years.
Even if you reckon only one in a hundred guys actually competes at all, that gives you about 1,500 UK men who can legit bench 140kg. Thats about 2 in every average MP's constituency. I have seen less than half a dozen in 20 years and don't know if any were natty. A natty 3 plate bench is huge by any standards, and 4 almost unheard of
Harley, you know all of this. You will neg me for the umpteenth time I'm sure. Really, really don't care. I suppose we all live in hope that your puerile trolling will eventually bore even you, as you do occasionally have something interesting and worthwhile to say, although these are becoming increasingly few and far between.

have your cals stayed the same ?
well take %60 of your main lifts and do that if your other movments are not too taxing you could hit pr's on those or just match last weeks weight, the main thing is when you come back from a de-load dont try to hit pr's straight away start conditioning your body for heavy loads again so just work your way back up too many people de-load then straight away try to hit new pr's and wonder why they feel so worn outis this the most ****gy miscer ?

Solid points, but they're slightly misguided as the type of people we were referring to haven't got a legit 3 plate bench, in that it probably wouldn't pass as a PL lift. My 3 plate bench most definitely wouldn't be considered a legit PL bench. With that said, I still don't think it's anywhere near as huge as you're making out. As I mentioned before, I barely even lift, let alone for strength, LOL. And I was probably below 10% bf at anywhere between 84-86kg when I could push 3 plates.
@Kadafi - I don't have insane or awesome BB'ing genetics at all. I'm naturally of above average athleticism, and I wasn't a skinny fat virgin gamer nerd through my youth/teen years, but they're nothing close to 'awesome genetics'.***Talk s**t get hit crew***

Xmas clothing advice:
I sort of need a Winter coat (got plenty of blazers of jacket etc, but don't have a nice Winter coat that fits me any more).
Mother wants to get me one, I said give me £70 and I'll buy one from Korea/Japan online:
Do I get this, and if so, in what colour? (Got loads of jackets in black, so looking at a grey/herringbone colour, or a different colour altogether)
OR
Do I allow the coat completely, and get this little jacket and these awesome shoes? (Which would come to the same price as getting the coat)
The shoes are Old Curiosity Shop and usually go for around £200.
Thoughts?***Talk s**t get hit crew***
