You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Yeah that's what I told her, end of the day I can't get them new for anywhere near the deal I got them now. So why bother selling them?
If I ever switch over the DB set as a whole to the plate looking style Ivanko and others have then will sell at that time obviously. But hex style is the ones I prefer over rubber head and such. And these are in like new condition with no rust spots at all.
Here's the full rundown and pictures will follow.
Items:
4 3/4" Stallmats
1 3-Tier Dumbbell Storage Rack
1 Skorcher GHR Bench
1 TRX system
1 York Barbell
1 Off-brand Barbell
1 set of Push-up Stands
2 Weight stands
Olympic Plates:
4 x 45lbs
2 x 35lbs
4 x 25lbs
4 x 10lbs
4 x 5lbs
2 x 2.5lbs
Total: 415lbs
Dumbbells:
2 x 100lbs
2 x 90lbs
2 x 85lbs
2 x 75lbs
2 x 60lbs
2 x 45lbs
2 x 30lbs
2 x 20lbs

Not sure, I think it can be turned around cause it's also a good bench for situps. My next purchase is going to be a rack with plate storage...I might split the racks to either side though. Got a friend who was wanting to buy my old plates + plate rack...that's why one is empty, I've got a 3rd Gold's Gym one, but it's just "ok" could work in a pinch though. All depends on if he follows through with the purchase or not.
I'm going to try to find the same style stall mats and finish out the floor...then I plan to build a deadlift platform. Also would love a 2nd bench to leave dedicated for the rack.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #56 ▪█─────█▪

Any cruisers in here, like on a cruise ship? My wife and I are planning a 4 night Caribbean cruise for Feb and I want to make sure we are on the "right" line for us. Specific boat information a plus.

I've been on 3 cruises, Tim. Two of those were with Carnival, but I can't remember the boats.... we went in 2006 & 2008. The other was in 1998 and I don't even remember the line, but it probably doesn't matter because it was in Greece.
We liked Carnival a lot, but I'm sure everyone has had plenty of experiences that are good/bad with Carnival and the other lines. I've always assumed Carnival was more of a "budget" line, but tbh...if they are, they do a good job of disguising it. Since I haven't been with any other company, I don't have anything to compare, but we were very happy with both of our Carnival Cruises and would definitely go back.
Not sure what you're looking for in terms of the question of "..which line...", but there seemed to be a little bit of everything on the boats we went on. You can eat good food 24 hours a day, everyone on staff that we ran into acted like they were happy to see us, shows several times a day, multiple pools/spas, bars for just sitting drinking and bars for dancing and night life. There was a casino on board both boats as well and they were open once the boat left the docks (legal reasons kept them from operating all the time).
We went to the eastern & western Caribbean on our Carnival cruises and one of the best parts of the journey was the excursions. They aren't cheap if you buy them on the boat, but if you plan out what you want to do, you'll have a blast. We swam with stingrays, got to see an ancient Mexican ruin, drove a 1972 purple VW bug (with no top and exhaust stacks) around Cozumel, took a treetop zip line adventure in a jungle, and went snorkling in crystal blue water around a tiny tropical island. It was a blast and while we haven't done it in awhile...I can't wait to go again.
Oh....you should gain some weight on the trip or you're doing something wrong!▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

@Tim - I've been on 4 cruises, all with Royal Caribbean. So like Keetman, it would be hard for me to give you a comparison. However, I was very happy with all 4 cruises and have 2 more cruises already scheduled with them in May. My best friend has been on cruises with both Royal and Carnival and he liked both, but preferred Royal (I think his Carnival boat was showing its age). A previous boss of mine swore by Carnival and hated Royal (He said Royals food wasn't up to par). So like most other things, peoples opinions will differ, but I don't think you can go wrong with either of these two cruise lines.
I think one of the most important things is the age of the boat, or how long it has been since it has been renovated (assuming it was a quality renovation - I can vouch for Royals renovations). You can obtain a lot of information about the individual ships at CruiseCritic.com Another consideration is the size of the boat. My preference is for the larger boats, but just as many people prefer the smaller boats. Its kind of like choosing a large Las Vegas Casino vs a smaller more quaint hotel. Having said that, we have booked back to back 7 day cruises in May on our smallest ship so far.
I've always heard that certain lines attract different age groups more than others. I'm not sure how true that is, but I can tell you that my wife and I have been on the younger side of Royal Caribbean cruisers on the cruises we have been on. That would probably be my biggest complaint about Royal Caribbean, I would prefer a younger crowd. I think Carnival is supposed to have a younger crowd.
I've been on the following ships:
Allure (Extremely Large)
Freedom (Very Large)
Mariner
Brilliance
if you have any specific questions about those ships or any other questions, just let me know.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #39 ▪█─────█▪

Give it up dude, you might as well buy you a cadilac, blu blockers, and a pair of those cruise speedos (you know you've seen the old man on every cruise that wears the speedos).
Just give it up friend.....being just a spry 40 years old, I have a few years of being young left, so back off.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

Sweet gym pics, thats a massive improvement and the addition of a GHR is a wise one. I think Trimbles right about the handles, though I have never seen this model before (I dont suppose its an issue as you're not too far from the floor anyway). My training log:

I'm shocked and appalled that you used your special mod powers to crack into my computer and pull pictures of my cruise experience. I'll be sending a sternly written letter to Mr. Deluca...
I've only been on one cruise, so I'm unable to compare aspects of different ships/companies. I was on the Norwegian Jewel of Norwegian Cruise Lines with my girlfriends family and we were very close to being the youngest ones aboard. It was a much older crowd but the shows were good, food 24/7, and the ship was pretty decent inside, but again, I don't have anything to really compare it to.
The best advice I can give would be to check the weather carefully. We went in late February two or three years ago I believe and that's when Florida iced over and had a huge problem with their orange exports because of the weather. The cruise sucked outdoors. lol. I had to wear a hoodie practically the whole time. The deck was unused by people and had chairs being blown all over by the harsh cold winds. We stopped in Honduras, Mexico, Belize, and NCL's private island, and the water was the warmest part of most places. We made the most of the week though and had fun. I'd do it all again for sure if there was warmer weather - and a different girl.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #54 ▪█─────█▪

Have been busy lately, and not on as much, so unsure if this video has been posted recently. Believe some people listen to Drowning Pool when they lift.

So many questions come to mind with that pic (that I'm not going to reshow) that I'm not really sure I want answered.
I'll keep it at the obligatory....why.......ever....just why?
And.....probably more important..... why do you have that pic to begin with, Tim?
Which...now that I think about it....is exactly what someone is going to ask me someday.....I feel obligated to keep that photo and share it someday.
So much odd stuff on my hard drive.......▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

I need some help. I have a friend who wants to start lifting and I remember Wildtim and maybe IronWill posting a link to a really good beginner workout program that is on this site. Would someone post that link here for me so I can pass it on.
Thanks.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No.19
