lol dude, my other favorite is how greatly superior the leg press is to the squat. any time i can lift over 1000 lbs something is wrong

I just have one squat rack next to the smith machine. I get a kick out when I am squatting and there are skinny dudes on the smith half squatting 225 like they accomplished something. The best was this week I was doing 290lbs and the 3 bros on the Smith were doing what they though was 2 plates and after each set they'd check out their abs after doing 1/4 squats.

2. use the hip abduction/adduction machine heavy as faurk w/ molester smile while nodding up and down and pointing at random dude
3. when next dude walks up to you to chat, start doing 10m suicide drills slap him on the arse and tell him not to "pull a hamey"
4. answer ever compliment given w/ the response "nice d*ck bro"
5. anytime someone comes up to you, hold the entire conversation while performing "the macarena"
6. ^^ while wearing tight shorts and doing hip thrusters
7. ^^ pantomime
8. ^^ creepy stripper towel between the legs thing
9. ^^ awkwardly rub your nipples.

haha, i think you have the squats i you try for them fresh, you should do that sh*t this week, f*ck 5+. i dont remember your dl # but i do recall it's formidable. i went from 485 to 500 magically in a week. i don't know wtf happened but i'm pulling 400+ triples now with relative ease so i have hope for you as well my young country challenged friend
