Did my first oly workout for a couple of months after all of the front squatting and pulls. Had a great one and my back, knees and shoulders all feel great today. Still babyweights but my goal now that im healthy is to get to 90/110 as soon as possible. I don't feel like it's that far away really. Ill be back at uni next week so will be training hard on the o-lifts. I know my speed under the bar is bad, well everything is pretty bad but it's coming together.
this is 70 & 95 respectively. I did a 70 power snatch just to see if i could.. lol

Hello to my minimal readers. My back and right quad never recovered, but I have not enjoyed training for a long time as much as I am right now. I am taking the philosophy of 'train whatever doesn't hurt', which means I've been making awesome gains in some lifts. I have full snatched 90, power snatched 80 and power cleaned 100. My bench is pretty strong right now too. I haven't been training with my team which is probably why I enjoy lifting again.
I've also been doing some sprinting with some coaching from some high level guys. It's fun.
