dropped 7 pounds since Sunday. Feels kind of good. Been eating more salad and chicken, less fat and sugars.

Gonna be a long week next week for me but at least I have the weekend off.

Dang bro. That's a quick drop. Keep it up. I'm only 3 weeks away from my full week off. Going to go to the beach for few days of golf. I'm pumped. Plus been hitting gym hard and keeping my diet solid. Trying to look a touch better when I get to the beach. Happy Thursday.

I was taking green tea extract in the morning as well as L-Carn but the thing that works the best was OEP/L6B. Stuff just did the job.

I know when I was actually working out (not lifting crazy) I lost 30 lbs in a month. Mind you this was while I was at 263. Still with diet I am doing fine right now. Just need to remain disciplined. Been drinking quite a lot of water. Sucks I have to pee twice before I hit the bed though.

Thats life on salary man but only 2 more weeks then back to my contracted 48-54 hours. Once my inventory is done this year I will have a big bonus check to cash and some vacation time. Max invetory bonus this year is like 9k but Ill be lucky to see 3k. Still 3k is worth working to exhaustion.
