Srs stairlift for Christmas.
It's not as hard as you think. I did have a friend help make sure I was locked out to start and guide it back when I was done.

Hey they started it.
And there's more than just a few of us.
I'll count tomorrow.
Make them take a picture.
Was def Phrazzy.
And there went 200 bones at The Costco! Dark choc covered blueberries FTW!
Yeah lots and lots of jam hands.
But one grabbed my hand as we walked back and I almost melted!
I was going to go up to 195 again but 155-195 was too big of a jump.
Gotta re-asses for next week with the warm-ups.
Thanks
I had been sleeping since 10! I had some cocktails and was so proud of myself for just going to bed rather than pouring another.
But yeah if you're going to bed at 2?? my time...jeezle!My Journal

126.5 7/20 week avg
127.8 7/27 week avg
128.0 8/3 week avg
128.7 8/10 week avg TOM
130.0 8/17 oops
128.7 8/14 week avg
128.7 8/21 week avg
So this week not having all the babka and Doritos. Well last night I did but I didn't have to get up until 7 today so I decided I'd allow myself a little leeway. I'm going with cold turkey on nights before workouts because I don't do moderation well at all. We know this.
Last bikini week so bulk starts next week!
Most nights this week will be 1650 with no booze or snackies.
Should I just use that weight as my starting weight? No idea. Does it even really matter?
Y'all know I'll have to weigh myself at some point, right? I won't freak out and cut cals, I promise.
I HAVE been having a little bit of "you know what I look pretty darn good right now why mess with it?" the last few weeks but then I look down at my arm and say "Oh hai derre baby arm you gotta grow!". So I'm IN for bulking. It's what I want and need.
So 1650...bump to 2k and see? I know there will be initial bloat blah blah blah. I do plan to run some still because I just do. Probably 10 miles a week or so.
This week I'm going to work on my meals...do better with pre-planned-ish stuffs.
What else?My Journal

Yea P the weights are so close I don't think it matters what you use as starting weight. Cold Turkey is best. When are you gonna weigh 2 weeks in? I think measurments and of course piccies! Are you going to change your program for lower rep ranges for the strength/mass?

2 weeks?
Just kidding. I'll put the scale in the trunk again if I have to.
I'm going to try and remember pics this weekend. I mean any bikini pics I have from this summer are about accurate...lol.
Um hadn't thought about changing things. I NEED to do the high rep warm-ups or I'm all jacked. I tried it. Didn't work.
What is low? 6-8?
Aware me.
Seems like I'm usually doing high WU, then another high-ish WU then 12-15 then 8-10 then maybe a 3-5.
Does it have to be low on all stuff? Like I'm still doing those shoulder shockers because they hurt SO good!My Journal

You could try to do a warm up circuit kinda like Mharris does in the promera journal. Where he warms up everything then starts his workout...
3-5 is low IMO. It doesn't have to be, but for the sake of gaining strength... kinda. You could do like a power/ hypertrophy upper lower split. So you still get your high reps in there. PHAT I think is like that.
Do you increase your weight or keep the same through all of that.Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

For instance...
Squats
95/25
115/20
135/15
155/12
185/10
(didn't go higher because was taking too long)
I'd for sure keep the first two sets inn but the jump seems so big!
Seated OHP
45/20
65/15
85/8
85/6
Could probably skip the second WU on this one.
Flat Bench
45/30
65/15
85/10
95/7-4 rest pause
95/6
115/1
Incline bench all at 10 reps.
I'm not switching to PHAT. I'm sticking with what I'm doing...seeing great changes even on foodz I'm eating, etc. I'm happy to change rep range but thinking it might take a little time to figure out weights/not freak out about a bigger jump in weights after warm-up?My Journal

Gotcha. I don't follow programs because I like to modify them too often. Do whatever works for you. 5x5 is good I was just merely suggesting something like phat were you did a power day 3-5 then hypertrophy 25-100 whatver high az reps you do since you like them so. Which you could still do 5x5 beginning of the week and then your normal hypertrophy at the end of the week.
I think your gym buddies can help you with your weights lol. loading all sorts of plates on there. You'll be able to do more because you're doing less reps and eating more. If it's too heavy go down you'll get it.Squat 275 Bench 175 Deadlift 285 Snatch 140 Clean & Jerk 185

I think as long as you're increasing your weights and eating lots of food- you'll grow If you like your program- keep doing it! You seem to have a good mixture of high/lower reps in your program already.

Yeah it's not a program...compound stuff stays the same each week but accessory can change (but doesn't always...leg days stays similar, for instance). Kinda veered off the Prazzy high rep stuff for a while and are onto heavier/lower reps (but not low enough I guess. always learning). Perfect timing!
Gobz--I was thinking the same thing. Every week I try for something to go up...sometimes a lot sometimes it's only 1 rep. I'm going to try really hard to not "think" to much and just eat and lift my ass offMy Journal
