I think I am seeing gains, just now that I am on a little deload I can't test it. Next week I will test all my strength numbers, I expect my Bench at 135 for reps has probably jumped 3-5 reps, along with my Bodyweight Chins, and my Dead for reps.
Just I think it will be good to be on Omnibolic while deloading, let everything heal up nicely, then go hard next week.
I have definitely gotten bigger, and more cut, muscles feel harder. Just I am still only ~10 days out. As time passes I am able to make better observations.Caz Smash

Took the day off again today. It feels crappy to sit and not do anything, but I know my body needs it, and the shoulder feels better and better everyday. HIIT and lots of PT work tomorrow.
Lower abs are coming in, which is new, never had that in my entire life.
After looking at some old B&A pix, I need to start focusing on some body parts more than others. Shoulders, Quads, and Lats definitely. Maybe forearms too. But tomorrow I am going to seriously cut some calories, and work on my tiny muscles of my upper back. Need to get back to doing some PT work again.Caz Smash

One thing I have noticed while on Omnibolic is that my V taper has gotten better, but I have already said that in the past on this thread. But, moreover, one thing that is starting to stand out is how my muscles are more defined. You can see my fibers more clearly now, and I have only dropped maybe 2% BF tops since starting Omnibolic...so I am thinking that there is something to this muscle hardness, and body transformation stuff.
One thing I noticed in my workout today also, was that when I was doing Bench, just repping out 135, to get blood flowing on a deload workout, that the weight felt like a toothpick, and moreover it was just flying off my chest unusually fast, definitely seeing results.Caz Smash

Workout Log:
Feeling awesome on the Omnibloic side of things. Took a look in ten mirror today and had to take a double take because I was blown away at my chest, lats, and all of my development really. Seriously, I think i have put on 2 inches to my chest and lats, and I am a less body fat. Unreal. On the performance side, I did a full rack of 10 pause reps on the quad machine today. Telling ya. My muscle endurance has doubled since starting Omnibloic.Caz Smash

On the Omnibolic side, I will be on nothing but Omnibolic, SuperCissus, Creatine and maybe some PWOs for the next week and a half of Powerlifting (CLEAN BULK), so this will be a true look at what JUST omnibolic will render in results. I will probably finish out my bottle by then too, I need to count how many I got left.
Still snappin PRs, goin for at least 365 on deads tomorrow!!! BOOOOMCaz Smash

Nothing earth shattering, but impressive nonetheless.
Today I did just some HIIT, 12 cycles of it. Got a killer sweat going. Might do the same tomorrow, but going to test my Bench 135x? soon, and my deadlift 275x?, and perhaps squat and chins. But, going to keep body healthy and not do too much lifting. Hypertrophy soon, but my body needs a rest, I have been destroying it by trying to build muscle on not too many calories.Caz Smash

Will do, planning on maybe a Chest Hypertrophy day tomorrow or Thursday, whenever. Gonna test my 135 for reps, and try for 185x8, perhaps test my 1RM for 235, but doubtful as that is not the point of a Hyper workout.
