lol I have 7.2 inch ankles and 6.25 inch wrist
lol I just entered that into the maximum size natty calculator and my results are almost what I am right now
Lean body weight (at 8% bf): 156.5
Chest Size (inches): 40.7
Upper Arms Size (inches): 15.2
Forearms Size (inches): 12.2
Neck Size (inches): 15.01
Thighs Size (inches): 20.2
Calfs Size (inches): 13.7
except my thigh is already 22.5 so I am past that somehow unless I am measuring in the wrong spot.
lol that is pretty depressing. I am not at 8% bf probably more like 10 or 11%. So according to that once I put on another 5 or 10 so pounds of muscle I will be at my natty limit. All my measurements are almost dead on already for what the calculator predicts lols.
Yay I get to look forward to like .2 of an inch on a few body parts then I am at my limit pretty much.Last edited by iliketojuggle; 07-18-2012 at 12:46 PM.

money shot how strong/much of a role do free t levels and igf-1 levels and their affinity to bind to the AR play? in this case for naturals
person a: free t levels of 10 ng/dl
person b: free t levels of 25 ng/dl
person a igf levels: 100
person b igf levels: 300
person a: androgen receptors very sensitive
person b: androgen receptors not so sensitive
surely person A will end up being bigger? but by how much?

Well I typed my stuff into a different calculator and got
Height: 68 in
Wrist: 6.25 in
Ankle: 7.25 in
Your estimated maximum muscular bodyweight at ~8% bodyfat is: 169.5 lbs
Your estimated maximum bulked bodyweight at ~8% bodyfat is: 176.3 lbs
Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:
Chest: 43 in Biceps: 15.9 in
Forearms: 12.7 in Neck: 15.5 in
Thighs: 22.3 in Calves: 15 in
seems more accurate hopefully it's rightWeighted pullups = 195 lbs x1
Weighted dips = 225 lbs x2
Squat = 405 x2

whoa there. I think you are making it seem too complicated. I don't want to lie and try to come up with an answer to that because even I don't really know
there is a link to a site that can determine your average natural potential. I don't have that link but I'm sure someone still does. I find it very accurate

Haven't read through thread but if you've been lifting for 5+ years you can be very decently sized while having a low bodyfat. Just takes a very long time and you have to be very smart about your diet.
