Great post! Couple of questions...Will hang cleans be a fair alternate for a full power clean? And for military press, I can't do the BB by itself for more than maybe 4-5 reps so will using dumbbells instead be sufficient for a while?

Q: How do I get visible abs?
A: You have to drop your body fat to see your abs. Forget about mindless repetitions of crunches. You can't spot reduce fat, you have to drop your overall fat level through proper nutrition.

I got some questions that aren't thread worthy so i'll ask here. I am a beginner. First about breathing, you breath in when you are doing the exercise and breath out when you go back to your starting position for any exercise correct? Also how long of rest should you have between sets? When should i increase the weight? Should i be squeezing my abs for every exercise?

hello, (my first post :P) i haven't trained for four years now( i was a martial artist), and i lost my shape, i always wanted to try endurance training with weights, like 15+ reps, because i have heard from some guys that it will help me to gain endurance and lose fat, but when i read forums i never encountered a person who was train with such high reps , so question: what kind of program should it be, split or all body? and will it give me a little mass? i don't want to gain lot i want to be like, well like Bruce Lee :P i don't want to lose speed, so mass is not an option for me. thanks

2 days a week
Hello, I just started working out again and I've never really bulked up before. I would like to try to do this now but I only have gym access twice a week. When I do have gym access I only have 1 hour. I would like to bulk up my arms, chest, shoulders, and return my legs to a reasonable strength. I know that when I strengthen my chest that it's pretty vital for me to strengthen my back as well. I was wondering if I should try to do it all both days or should I split it and only do the muscle groups once a week? Or should I just focus on arms and chest because of the amount of time I'm limited to? Also, say I want to do 5 sets of bicep curls and one weight feels like I'm not lifting anything and the next weight up I'm struggling to finish the third set. Do I keep doing the lighter weight until the 5th set or do I do the lighter weight the first two or three then switch and just rep to failure for the remaining sets? I've heard that for certain muscle groups it's a bad idea to do more than 3 or 4 sets, I think that was for bigger muscles but I'm not sure can anyone confirm, deny, or clarify?
