I love what you do. It's entertaining and different from all the other watered down bullśhit wannabe viral cliches. I'm impressed by your talents and passion. I wish my balls were hanging low and tight enough to do half the shît that you do. My life would be so much easier (im not saying what you do and produce are easily achieved). This framed out ant like living is disgustingly boring and predisposed to be feeble and unsatisfying.

front squat 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6 *gotta go heavy to keep the muscles.
Bench press/rows superset 3 x 10
Shoulder flies/leg curls superset 3 x 10
abs 3 x 10
