Im gonna be logging this for the next 4-5 weeks
I workout 4-5 times a week and will be taking two scoops on workout days which equals 20 workout days on it (4-5 weeks)
Right now im starting to lean up for the summer I got up to 198 pounds this winter and want to cut some fat but keep all the muscle I earned this winter...Im not gonna set a goal weight just wanna see my typical six pack for summer aka use the mirror
im currently 195 pounds im gonna post my old stats hopefully i can measure and post my new stats here to give us an idea of my starting point

all natty lifter i.e. no juice
heres my starting stats from about 2 months ago
I was able to add a little bit of size from here but i started dieting slightly 2 weeks ago and imagine im back to about these stats I will try to update soon,
currently I am one year away from getting my doctorate in Physical therapy and am pretty busy but always find time to check the forums and answer any questions and i always find time to train

ok so tonight was legs ( i bumped up my training days since i may be headed out of town for the weekend wont be able to train fri possibly)
all i can say was opened the karbo and the smell was amazing!!
got strawberry strike and the taste did not disappoint!!!! wow
one of the best tasting supplements i have ever encountered
hit legs did calves first since its a priority to beef them up
seated calf raises 3 sets of 20 3 plates with superset standing one leg raises
started with leg press: 4 plates X 20, 5 plates x 20, 6 plates x 20, 7 plates x 15, 8 plates x 12 (on each side)
leg extensions: 150 # x 15 4 sets
Lunges: 60 # dbs in each hand x 20 steps
ham curls: 115# x 10 reps
took karbolyn as follows 45min scoop hr prewo w some creatine
1 scoop postwo mixed with 40 g choco isolate ...still tasted pretty good!
sorry sixthsense i cannot handle intraworkout on leg days!!!!!!
could tell about mid way through workout that i def had increased energy, not the typical prewo type energy but its like you dont get tired or fatigued after every set i felt like i could handle more

taste:10/10 wow top 3 tasting supps of all time
endurance: 10/10 i mean come on i felt like i could do a million sets
recovery:? will rate tom
pump: will wait til arm day cuz every leg day i leave the gym hardly able to walk
energy: 10/10 feels endless, obvi not a stim d type of energy just an increase in exercise capacity

ok everybody im back!!!!
Hit chest today:
started on the bench did 185 X8, 225X5 (warmups) 265X5, 265X5, 275X 4
hammer incline press: 3 plates each side X 6 x 3 sets
db flat bench fly: 50# X10x3 sets
cable crossover: 40# 1 set X12
close grip bench : 225X8
tricep pushdown: 80# x10
also did 10 mins of abs at the end
as you can see I had quite a bit of energy!!!!! workout was long but never felt tired at all
I still cant get over the taste of this stuff!!! its amazing
anyways I think the biggest difference has been the increases energy and endurance on karbolyn, my muscles also feel fuller during lifting, I also took 1 scoop postwo with some kre-alkalyn and 40 g isolate and today i feel great! sore but not too bad

Just got back from the gym: took 1 scoop 40 mins pre and drank 1 scoop half during the workout and half after, did some amino acids and creatine postwo and i must say that 1. I love this stuff cuz there is 0 bloat, dextrose and waxy maize always bloat me but this stuff goes so smoothly through the digestive tract its amazing 2. The endurance on this is also 2nd to none, muscles felt nice and full all workout
used some of sixth sense's 4:1 eccentric to conc ratio for biceps
i lift in 4 week cycles pyramiding up, this week is square 1 10-15 reps, workout was great!!! i also like the fact that karbolyn supplies me with an extra 400 cals during lifting days, i have a ton of stuff on my plate right now and really need the cals and energy!!!!
workout was:
overhand row: 185X 15
225X12
225X12 rest pause X 4 reps at the end
Lat Pulldown: 150# X 3 sets x 12 reps +rest pause at the end 4 reps
close grip lat pulldown: 150# 3 sets X12 reps
cable row: 180# 3 sets x12 reps
traps: 80# 3 sets x15 reps
preacher curl: 30 pounds each side curl bar: 3 sets X 12 reps

felt a little bit better today enought to get a short tricep workout in:
only used 1 scoop of karbolyn today prewo cuz the workout was short
did
close grip bench: 185X15, 205X 12, 225 x 8
rope pushdown: 115 x12 3 sets
one arm pushdowns: 40# x 12
also i did a ton of standing calf raises
that was it still a little under the weather but workout was pretty good none the less had a good pump at the end felt good....gonna start prolly going back to lifting one body part a day i feel i make the best gains that way

what up fellow karbolyners, idk what to say except the energy from this stuff keeps you going for forever, seriously i go to the gym and feel like the energizer bunny, feeling much better today sickness finally over with (allergies) ,
Did shoulder press on the smith:
225#X16, 235X 12, 235X 12
side laterals 30X15, 35x15, 35x15
cable front raise: 17#x12x3 sets
abs: barbell with 35# plates on the sides > idk how to explain it but you grab the barbell with your hands get in basically a push up position and roll the barbell out til your arms are above you head and your completely flat then roll the barbell back up .......3 sets X10
decline sit ups til failure
after the workout i was like ok i can keep going and banged out one more set of shoulder press on the machine til failure....I had to pull the reins in!! i was like braski you already did enough for shoulders haha!
best carb product on the market
taste: 10/10 already discussed amazing
digestion: 10/10 no bloat
energy: 1-2 hours of nonstop energy amazing decreases fatigue levels for sure 10/10
strength: 8.5/10 it doesnt directly make you lift more poundage, but it makes you lift the same amount for more on sets 2 and 3 which has helped me make some gains (say i lift 225X10 set 1, typically set 2, 3, 4, 5 fatigue sets in , with karbo i lift the same weight for more reps later in my workouts)

also I think im going to take karbolyn post wo tom all the other loggers have been raving about its postwo effects
my diet has been 200 g protein 450 grams of carbs with variable amouts of healthy fats mostly from almonds and peanut butter and olive oil
Im gonna take some measurements tom just to see where im at right now

I've been experiencing great results taking the Karbolyn post workout, along with the All American EFX HBM, Kre-Alkalyn and the LBA-Pro. One outstanding feature that I've noticed using the Karbolyn- is that it's such a rapidly absorbing carbohydrate, that after you ingest it, you can just feel your muscles sucking that stuff right up and volumizing your pumps! This product has really helped prolong my pumps and speed up my recovery taking it post-workout! Not to mention, the stuff tastes awesome! Definitely a 5 star product!!!

ok I am for real dropping the ball this week!!!! apologies for being a noob and not posting to any miscers following this log!!!! I did get to lift twice this week just didnt have time to post my workouts > had a 45 min presentation on assessing mobility in the elderly that i presented today so thats over with thank lawdy!!!! anyways heres what ive been up too.....
took karbolyn half scoop prewo and intra, than full scoop postwo
heres my thoughts,,,,im really not too sure what i like best!!!! the karbolyn gets right in you postwo and it feels like you still have energy to keep working out!!! recovery is good also, took this with a mixture of bcaas and creatine and i def have felt really good
my workouts were this
Monday biceps:
this week is higher reps did
curl bar: 30# each side 3 sets x 15 reps
cable curl: 115 3 sets X 15 reps
DB curl: 35# X 12 X 3 sets
concentration curl: 20# 3 sets x12
hammer curl: 25 # 3 sets X 15
wednesday:
Chest: some noob was on the bench all night so had to go with DB bench
85# X 12, 95# 12, 100# X 10
incline smith bench press : whatever 2 45's on each side equals: 3 sets X 10
incline DB fly: 50# x 12
short workout but very intense......felt good
same karbolyn dosing ....still loving the taste and loving the energy!!!!
One more week of work then im done for a month I promise im getting my measurements up soon.....going away this weekend hopefully I will get a workout in of course ima fill everyone here in ...bringing karbo with me ...duh!!!!

hammered shoulders and abs yesterday,
I wanna comment that i do use some of sixthsense's techniques for lifting as needed
Like for biceps I will do some sets with slow eccentrics 4:1 ratio other times ill just blow em out
Hit shoulders yesterday,
KARBOLYN IS PERFECT FOR US GUYS THAT WANT TO HIT THE GYM STRAIGHT AFTER WORK
I like to go to the gym right after clinical or class to be time efficient and karbo is great for this, i dont have time for a chicken n rice meal so i will go karbolyn plus aminos and hit the gym and it gives me plenty of sustained energy
the recovery is fantastic shoulders feel great today
workout was:
DB shoulder press: 75# X12, 80X 12, 85X 10 very good numbers for me
side laterals: 35# x12 3 sets plus rest pause single arms at the end for another 3-4
cable side raise: 20# X 12
shoulder machine press: 1 sets til failure: random weight
traps: 80# x 20 x 3 sets
abs: 25 pound plate decline situps x 25 plus toss the weight go til failure: 3 sets
karbolyn postwo with amino s and creatine didnt even feel like i lifted after 20 minutes
taste is still amazing btw
