It is simple in concept, but to be really good is another thing. I remember doing chi sao with the senior students before and I literally could not touch them. And if I gave them even like a cm of an opening, I'd take one in the chest. And yeah, wing chun does on speed and multiple hits vs just a single powerful shot.
But yeah, the good guys are good. I remember doing the chi sao exercises with senior students and I could not touch them. And if I was a like a centimeter off, I'd take a hit. My old gym used to require cups and mouthpieces cause we did hit, unlike alot of other places. I had a lump on my sternum for a week before from getting hit, split a lip open, had that gash above the eye like boxers, etc. A couple noses were broke in the class before too..actually mine has slight bump on it from getting tapped there once. All accidents though...noone really was trying to hurt anyone but stuff happens when you go harder. But good thing the new place doesn't do it like that now, i'm too old for that... but it was fun when I was young.My vids

I'll probably be on same boat once I start losing weight.. but it's probably because you got your macros and stuff in check. Btw, how do I look at your meal plan for the day on fitnesspal? I'm total noob on it.

Hey guys, haven updated on my cut for a month, but here is the final product, I hope this motivates some of u brothers who are on a cut as well, cheers!
I looked at the mirror today and finally decided it's time to end my cut. I have reached my goal weight of 138 lbs, but just a little bit above my goal BF%. I realized that putting on more quality mass is going to have a greater impact on my physique than continue to cut further and become super light weight.
It has been a great journey. I have learned so much and changed so much over this cut, and I am looking forward to my next long bulk.
Will check back in 3 months into bulk with pics. Feel free to ask any questions.

-actually around 157 here, this is 2 weeks into my cut-

i did this two years ago when i first started and probably had the most success w/ dieting, but then i had all that time to prep a million meals for the day.
how long have you been on IF?
i thought it was hut until i saw padding for the bar. c'mon...padding. I like rawness.
