all i can say is wow. my last workout was the best workout ive had in i cant even remember how long. my intensity/endurance was insaneeee. my friend just bought a membership to greg plitts website, so this workout is his chest workout. the thing is prior to this workout i had no energy and was so sluggish. by the time i got to the gym i was focused, pumped, energized and ready to kill it. my chest felt like it was going to explodeeeee by the end. overall workout grade with concret and beta cret :10/10. took 2 scoops of betacret with one scoop concret 30 mins prior to workout

decline dumbell press version superset with decline cable fly version
