I am 5'9. 134 pounds and am trying to bulk. I calculated my daily intake. it was about 2000 calories and 250g of PROTEIN per day!
Is that too much protein for a guy my size?

No, it is not. Typically an athlete needs .8 to 1 grams per body weight. I try to get 200g at least a day and i weight 190.

Eat more calories. If you want to bulk, load up heavily on Protein (which you are already doing), carbs, and clean calories.

I would aim for about (and at least) 3,250-3,750 calories per day if you are serious about bulking.

Well in this case I am 138 lbs and consuming 250. So thats almost 2g/ body weight. isnt that too much?
However, I am consuming most of my protein from whole foods like fish and chicken. I typically eat 15 ounces of chicken a day and thats already 92g of protein according to the labels.

Who cares? It's a macronutrient that's needed not only to improve your total overall caloric intake (for weight gain) but it's essential for muscle building. Eat in a caloric surplus, profit. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Thread is full of people who didint even bother reading stickies in nutrition section. 1g/b is seriously all the protein you need for bulking, anything over provides no benefit what so ever, if you prefer more protein go for it. Carbs on a bulk are just as important. Also make sure your getting .45 fat / lb weight at least.

Just shoot for like 150 to 180g per day. Drink plenty of water and honestly eat like a champ. You prolly just have a fast metabolism and to gain weight with that you need to shoot for like 5000 calories per day assuming you workout hardcore
