Alright welcome to my first ever supplement log, don't expect too much from me .
I guess to preface let me just say that I'm pretty much a beginner when it comes to lifting, nutrition, and supplements, so if you have any advice for me it is appreciated.
I should also probably say that i'm NOT a bodybuilder, not in any way. I am an aspiring professional mixed martial artist, but moreso an average guy.
I wont go into depth right now about my schedule but a normal day looks something like this:
-Get to the gym at 6am, and train boxing for an hour, and then bjj for an hour
-At noon I shadow box 5 rounds, work kicks and knees for 5 rounds, then do some wrestling work.
-around 4pm I jog to my gym (3.5 miles) and then lift for about an hour.
-as far as lifting is concerned i generally train strength 4 days a week, and speed 3 days a week. If i do cardio beyond anything mentioned its swimming.
Obviously this changes all the time due to work and stuff like that, but hopefully this gives you a rough idea of how i roll.
I will start taking these supplements on monday. And I will be sure to keep as thorough of a log as possible.

I don't have any videos of me actually fighting right now There is potential for a fight within the next couple weeks but we will see if that actually goes through.

I was lifting heavier than I ever have, but I didnt like this workout at all. I was rushed and confused but for next time I'm gonna change the volume of all of this and probably spread it out over 2 days.
I noticed a difference in focus being on the Beta-Cret again. I'm going to the gym soon to do another leg workout.. Gonna try to to hit 250? Idk.

So you are going to fight at 125#? How much do you weigh now?
The Con-Cret is excellent for what you want. No water wt retention at all. I competed (won) a transformation contest last summer and cut to 141# and hit a squat PR of 300# that week.

I range anywhere from 139-145 depending on time of day, what i eat, etc. I actually found out this morning that the fight is not gonna happen. I guess thats kinda how the am circuit is though, people get scared or injured and just drop out.

Alright another bad workout. Not due to the supplements, I just feel like crap. My grip failed me big time in my second to last set(I almost dropped the bar and all my calluses got ripped off), and my shoulder pain is officially back, woo hoo!.. Terrell Owens was in the rack next to me and I really wanted to lift more but I realize my physical well being is more important than my ego ha.
After watching this I think I'm gonna try to get my butt lower when I start the pull.

He comes off as a cocky prick but who really knows. He kinda walks around like he owns the place and people let him.
