I'm sure I'm the minority here, but I find Branch's training vids incredibly boring. If I want to see jerky, horrible form, I just go to my own gym.

Meh, you guys have no idea how he feels those movements. No one in here has won the Arnold or even became a pro.... So sit back and let it be what it is.

I agree and I am a Branch fan, even though I wince watching his training.
What amazes me is that someone who trains like Branch has the body he does. The meatheads at the gym do the same sloppy form and get nowhere. Of course, they likely aren't dieting and doing cardio like an IFBB pro, either."Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have."--Ronald Reagan

What a dumb statement! That's not ignorant, that's just dumb!
Knowledge is not co-related to how you look or how big you are... That's such a meat-head line of thought, no wonder bodybuilders are labeled walking retards.
Plus, i highly doubt 99.9% of the population wants to be a pro or trains to be one... Once again, retarded thinking.
Lyle McDonald is the most knowledgeable person in the world when it comes to human performance physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, biomechanics, all the exercise related to bodybuilding/fitness, etc. You name it! Guess what, he doesn't even look like he lifts.
Some people just don't wanna be walking pharmacies.
Alan Aragon, arguably the best nutritionist in the world, knows more about nutrition and dieting than any IFBB dietist/guru, backs everything up with scientific research, yet he just looks like a regular guy.
Some of you guys are so dumb, it's just incredible.

Lol, i dont think it has totally to do with cardio and dieting.
There is a kid at my gym, probably at 20-25% bf, weighing 180-190, that does the most painful looking Military press for "reps" at 225.... He looks.... TERRIBLE... Over time, this type of stuff does not help the average guy get bigger... Branch is not the average guy though
