AAAndd ladies and gentlemen.... the last weigh-in for this thread: 169.6 lbs WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Very solid cut from 188 to here, and it's been a heck of a transformation so far from 212 lbs. Keep running into people I know that are just WOWed and stunned. Going home was ridiculous: my mother said she had a new son! Dunno if thats good or bad but I'll take it haha. It feels great knowing all the time spent counting cals and lifting is acknowledged by others, and everyone I know is very encouraging and supportive to my overall goal....get BUFF. Or well, 10% body fat fit heh.
It has been great working with you all to our goals, GOOD WORK ALL !!! Seen some serious, sicknasty transformations (STRONGMEAT <__< ), and it's damn motivating to have you all alongside daily, posting all our hardwork. Congrats, wish yall the best.
Now for those doing the Feb 1 to May 1....were at it again baby, lets DO WORK

Cant really tell because of pants, but my legs were huge(easily 30" thighs), i feel the bulk of my weight lately has come off of legs/hips

Finished the comp at 196. Not much loss, but slowly recomping - Even at eating 1700-1800/day with Cardio every day (inb4 you aren't measuring properly - I am). As much as I'd love just straight loss, I'm fine with a recomp, it's progress.

This thread needs a closing ceremony! People will continue to check in for a little bit (I hope), so this is for you. Thanks once again to Nitro and everyone else just for being there, and for your regular reporting on your own progress. You helped me regain and maintain control over the last six months - August 1st to November 1st, and November 1st to February 1st. I joined the February 1st to May 1st thread as well.

Ok, according to the 3pt caliper method I come in at 12.6% BF.
Not sure if I believe that but man it takes some getting used to pinching your fat in those things. Mine don't lock.
They say cybergenics on them so it looks like I got the equivalent of army surplus calipers from the 90's LOL!
I'll update my pics with the 1 month bulk progress.
I took my cals down to 2300 & felt a lot less bloated this morning.
