Some motivation for ya [pics of me]

Maybe it will do something for you guys. I've been feeling down lately. Awaiting blood tests as my doctor is concerned about something. Had to go back 3 days after the first panel to get another one, so something must have been out of whack and needed re-checking.

About a 2-3 years span of pretty much cardio. I never seem to have much motivation for weights until I actually get training and then I love it. I think it's my family that brings me down. They are all fat and want me to be that way too.

Wow, amazing! Look 20 years younger. For real, not to be harsh, but you looked like an old man in the 1st pic, but mid 20's in the rest of those pics.

Congrads! I hope to be there one day. Started at 340, got down to 238, but hit a rough patch and hit 273, now 260.

Goal is to be 199!

I made this thread because for a week I had no motivation and was thinking "what's the point?". Looked back at my pics and instant motivation!

What would my life have been if I had of stayed in the mindset of the first pic?

Great job man. When you get to feeling unmotivated, just think about how far you've come in the last 2-3 years and ask yourself why you should give up now. I agree with everyone else and you really do 10+ years younger in the last pic compared to the first.

Keep up the good work man. Honestly has helped motivate me to reach my goals.
