If you go out on the weekend you'll find hordes of girls with no men but a large percent of men there are either gay or have impossibly high standards and won't date the largely 7 to 8 levels girls that populate the place. I don't consider the guys there remotely tough.

I've lived in New York, Philly, Houston, Denver, Seattle, Oklahoma, and Montana.

Houston was the toughest. Followed closely by New York and Philly in a tie. Denver was not tough, but everyone is quick to grab a gun. MT is pretty beta(currently live here). Too young when lived in OK or Seartle to rank, but everyone in MT that moved from Seattle is the most beta breed of man I've ever met. Hope my personal experiences help the misc to make a decision in the important debate of "which city has the toughest men?"

I work outside 10 hours a day doing intense physical labour in -20 to -40 degree (Celsius) temperatures. Some of my coworkers are 50+ and they do work that makes your workouts look like preschool.

Pretty sure that's tough.

edit: Obviously I don't think my city hosts to the toughest men. Try a third world country. Also, define what makes someone "tough" because I doubt you know.
