I work outside 10 hours a day doing intense physical labour in -20 to -40 degree (Celsius) temperatures. Some of my coworkers are 50+ and they do work that makes your workouts look like preschool.
Pretty sure that's tough.
edit: Obviously I don't think my city hosts to the toughest men. Try a third world country. Also, define what makes someone "tough" because I doubt you know.
