    Stim Free Pre-Work Out

    Want to reduce my caffeine but still need a good pre-work out. Something to help with a good pump, endurance, and hopefully a little kick in the ass ( if possible with out all the stims )

    Have been taking off and on : hemo-rage ( my favorite) , C4, jacked, and have tried a few others

    Does anyone mix their own ? Or what is your favorite and why?

    Vitargo or Karbolyn. Insulin is much more effective at giving you a pump than anything else and products like these should really elevate insulin and your blood sugar.

    Pump-BOL and Ultima is a great combo that works well together.

    I wonder how well a Pump-BOL/agmatine/ALCAR/choline combo would work... I get pretty good focus from the ALCAR/choline combo, and Pump-BOL/agmatine combo may just be becoming just as popular as the Pump-BOL/Ultima combo. Gotta give this a run!
